GBUnusable books I purchased 10 books. My total was $150 dollars. They arrived in an unreadable font. I couldn't get ahold of anyone by phone. Someone answered an email and asked me to send photos of some of the pages, which I did. They did not respond back to that email or my followup email. I am very frustrated. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts.

GBAs a "way up there" senior I have… As a "way up there" senior I have difficulties with much of the computer terminology and following the step-by-step instructions in preparation for self publishing. My own Microsoft Word 2007 is not the most current version and that's where I ran into trouble. My first concern was following the program when I thought my tools were current. At first my requests for help were answered, then later I felt rather neglected. The Book Patch phones do not answer even when the site says someone is available to speak to a customer. Finally my questions/frustrations have been answered and I have a copy of my book.

GBBookpatch is a great vehicle for our press! Bookpatch is a great vehicle for our small press, and has made a difference in our ability to bring good work to an audience. Unlike with others, we can look at a small sample of a printed book to make final changes before ordering a lot fo copies. Yes — others give tear sheets, but the actual look and feel is missing. Also, the turnaround is good, and the overhead fees are relatively small.

GBWe've now had three books published by… We've now had three books published by The Book Patch, and we are beyond satisfied. The website is easy to use and pretty much fool proof. We had unloaded one pdf file that didn't perform, and Krystille (Ninja Agent) spent a lot of time with us seeking resolution. Between us, we got the file into printing shape, and the issue (which had been on our end, not theirs) was resolved. They're responsive, cheerful, knowledgeable, articulate, and eager to go the extra mile for the right result. And they're also economical! Please don't be intimidated if you're not tech savvy - you'll love using this site. TheBookPatch.com. We love you.

GBBeyond helpful and marvelous to a beginning author Both The Book Patch software and supporting staff have been most helpful as I bumble my way through the steep learning curve around self publishing. This is a very forgiving site because you can make a mistake, fix it and learn. There is no penalty for being a beginner. I am so grateful for the opportunity to see my works come to life.
