Worst customer service experience First time printing with them based on great reviews. Yes setting up the book is easy, downhill from there. Took forever to get the books. High quality paper but poor quality format on the cover/spine. In January they promised to fix it and get back to me. Still waiting. No one answers the phone or responds to email. Find another source.

New book released great quality. We just published a new book with over 400 pictures. We had 300+ customers individually order a copy via the book patch bookstore. We are receiving responses from the customers regarding the great quality of the book. Shipping was fast. We did not receive a shipping notice when our proof shipped but it showed up on 5 days.

Outstanding Outstanding! Very easy and great product. Our books came pretty quick and looked great. We printed 10 galley copies and were pleased… the pages were crisp white and overall great quality! Customer service has been wonderful! Kristylle emailed us back right away and very helpful! We are going to print larger quantities and move forward with TheBookPatch!

Couldn't Be Happier! We were compiling our son's poetry and when it came time to actually think about publishing it, in book form, we were overwhelmed. I searched around for online book publishers and found TheBookPatch. Their online setup was pretty straight forward and the few questions I had were answered promptly by their support team (thanks Kathy). When we finally pushed the "publish" button it only took a little over a week to get the finished copies. The books turned out perfect and we were amazed at the quality of the finished product.
