Aura is an excellent product and has an… Aura is an excellent product and has an outstanding Customer Service Team! Resolution resources are readily available via Phone (844) 973-3910 and their Messaging Center on Aura Website under Contact Us. My Customized Order was placed on 3/10/24, Sunday with Free Shipping USPS Advantage received Wednesday, 3/13/24. Best ever from CA to OH! Utilized both contact methods for a technical monetary oversight between Checkout and Paypal. eSalon's Customer Service responded ASAP via email and resolved the issue. And, it was nice to speak with the Service Rep day of resolution. Very kind, courteous, resourceful, and empathetic.

Where's my order? Repeat ordered products, the charge hit my bank account and ten days later no email to let me know shipping. Went on their website and it showed my past order but not the current one. This is the problem with ordering online rather than purchasing in person. Now I have to contact them thru email and wait for a response. I will give it a day and then dispute the charge with my bank. I hate chasing down stuff that I buy and will not buy this product again - Amazon gives much better customer service. I like the product but not enough to continue buying it both because it's comparable to other things out there and the hassle of spending time trying to track down the order.

Overall Overall, I had an avarage experience with aurahaircare.com. Although the items I purchased functioned properlly, the service I recieved was mediocore. The website interface was plain and the checkout process took too long. Communicatng with customer service was difficult as responsces were slow. Shipping took longer then expected. Although they have a good selection of products, I would not recommend this website becase I was not satisfised with the standard of service I recived.

Cathy did my hair for me Cathy did my hair for me, I had a problem and discussed it with her and she was so knowledgeable, she gave me some excellent advise and styled my hair perfectly, the cut was amazing and her head massage really relaxed me. Thank you isn't enough for how you made me feel that day but I do give you a big thank you. Xx

Overall great experience I was using the wrong formula for my shampoo for a while, but once I fixed it I've been loving the results! My only gripe about the subscription service is that I generally take forever to finish off my product, and the longest time apart for the subscription is four months. I wish there was a six+ month distance option, because I have a bunch of shampoo that I haven't used because I haven't finished my first bottle that I got about nine months ago. However this is a great brand with an easy-to-use website, and I've loved the products so far!
