The products have all been great but... The products have all been great, as far as conditioning, packaging, look, smell, and value, but my bleached-blonde hair is stained blue from using the intense coloring treatment several times. I also found it very weird that the light purple color washes out to a blue color rather than a neutralizing grey-ish color like most purples do. I will continue to use the products because they seem healthier for my hair than other color products, but keep in mind that the more intense colors do not wash out of bleached hair on their own. (Like most other brands.)

It's a nice shampoo and conditioner It's a nice shampoo and conditioner. I don't know if it's any better then others not he market. What I really don't like and almost never use is the scalp cream. It's messy and inconvenient and too much work. I really cannot take the time 5 minutes!!! Also I have arthritis in my shoulders and it's too painful to hold my arms up for that long. So I imagine I'm not getting the full benefit of your product.

I live the color I love the color. It stays pretty well. Once you develop a routine it is easy to do. I always get lovely comments. I do wish it stuck better on grey hair, whish seems to resist coloring, but I am learning how to make it more effective. Clean dry hair, no extra additives works best. Leaving it on longer. Rinsing without shampoo also helps it last after just being applied.

Color tint stains but overall a good product great customer service and the product is nice too. However, this time i ordered a conditioner with a color tint and I wish it was mentioned somewhere how it stains hands and even the shower area. The provided gloves only lasted two applications and it took a lot of scrubbing to get the stain out of the ceramic shower area.

I really wanted to love the tinted… I really wanted to love the tinted mask, and truth be told it made my hair a lovely, super shiny, deep auburn. HOWEVER, the tinted version got all over the place and was a challenge to rinse in the shower, where I do all my hair activities. I liked the conditioning element of the product well enough to order it again, without pigment.
