GBGreat Choices I like that you can formulate this product line to meet individual needs VS having to settle for a generic "one size fits all" approach. After using this for several months my hair feels strong, full, and resilient. Results were apparent immediately and that inspired me to continue use. I also like that this product requires only a fraction of what store bought brands need for effectiveness. A nice touch is being able to name the product whatever suits you - to me this conveys responsibility for my care routine choices.

Resolution resources are readily available via Phone (844) 973-3910 and their Messaging Center on Aura Website under Contact Us. My Customized Order was placed on 3/10/24, Sunday with Free Shipping USPS Advantage received Wednesday, 3/13/24. Best ever from CA to OH! Utilized both contact methods for a technical monetary oversight between Checkout and Paypal. eSalon's Customer Service responded ASAP via email and resolved the issue. And, it was nice to speak with the Service Rep day of resolution. Very kind, courteous, resourceful, and empathetic.

GBI really wanted to love the tinted… I really wanted to love the tinted mask, and truth be told it made my hair a lovely, super shiny, deep auburn. HOWEVER, the tinted version got all over the place and was a challenge to rinse in the shower, where I do all my hair activities. I liked the conditioning element of the product well enough to order it again, without pigment.

GBColor tint stains but overall a good product great customer service and the product is nice too. However, this time i ordered a conditioner with a color tint and I wish it was mentioned somewhere how it stains hands and even the shower area. The provided gloves only lasted two applications and it took a lot of scrubbing to get the stain out of the ceramic shower area.

GBI live the color I love the color. It stays pretty well. Once you develop a routine it is easy to do. I always get lovely comments. I do wish it stuck better on grey hair, whish seems to resist coloring, but I am learning how to make it more effective. Clean dry hair, no extra additives works best. Leaving it on longer. Rinsing without shampoo also helps it last after just being applied.
