It's a nice shampoo and conditioner It's a nice shampoo and conditioner. I don't know if it's any better then others not he market. What I really don't like and almost never use is the scalp cream. It's messy and inconvenient and too much work. I really cannot take the time 5 minutes!!! Also I have arthritis in my shoulders and it's too painful to hold my arms up for that long. So I imagine I'm not getting the full benefit of your product.

I really wanted to love the tinted… I really wanted to love the tinted mask, and truth be told it made my hair a lovely, super shiny, deep auburn. HOWEVER, the tinted version got all over the place and was a challenge to rinse in the shower, where I do all my hair activities. I liked the conditioning element of the product well enough to order it again, without pigment.

Overall great experience I was using the wrong formula for my shampoo for a while, but once I fixed it I've been loving the results! My only gripe about the subscription service is that I generally take forever to finish off my product, and the longest time apart for the subscription is four months. I wish there was a six+ month distance option, because I have a bunch of shampoo that I haven't used because I haven't finished my first bottle that I got about nine months ago. However this is a great brand with an easy-to-use website, and I've loved the products so far!

Overall Overall, I had an avarage experience with aurahaircare.com. Although the items I purchased functioned properlly, the service I recieved was mediocore. The website interface was plain and the checkout process took too long. Communicatng with customer service was difficult as responsces were slow. Shipping took longer then expected. Although they have a good selection of products, I would not recommend this website becase I was not satisfised with the standard of service I recived.

Aura = AMAZING The previews so I knew what to expect were great. The timely shipping is great. The response time from staff is great. The product quality (tinted masque and tinted conditioner) is AMAZING! Definitely haven’t found any other product that is “safe” (free of harsh and damaging toxins) and has such vibrant and lasting colors!
