GBSounds of silence? Nice products, but are they still in business? Despite numerous emails and a letter to the owners, a promised bonus product has never been delivered, nor a possible breach of their credit card safeguards addressed. Very disappointed in their lack of response.

BETerrible service! I ordered two items that were supposed to be in stock. Turns out that I did not receive a confirmation with the tracking number but until I called them. Customer service representative said they didn't provide one because they didn't have one item in stock. So, in a few words... terrible service! I won't shop from this people again.

GBExcellent selection, free shipping and free samples. I was skeptical about ordering at first because I'd never heard of Men's Direct before, but they turned out to be a great find. My order only contained one of the supposed three free samples but I can't really complain with the free shipping. They carry a lot of products that most places charge $6+ shipping for so it's a great deal. No need to worry about a minimum order amount if you just need one thing. I'll definitely be a return customer.

GBNot satisfied with the product I purchased a chrome razor/brush stand. When it arrived, the holder for the razor was angled down so that the razor would immediately fall out after being placed in the holder. I attempted to bend it to angle it up to hold the razor in, which was admittedly a mistake, and broke the holder off.

GBCan't beat free shipping, especially when it's as quick as their's. I had a fairly cheap order ($35) and was not charged for shipping and handling. The website said I could expect the order to be delivered in 5-10 business days and I assumed it would be closer to the 10 side because of lack of shipping fees. My order was delivered less than 72 hours later (ordered Monday evening, delivered Thursday morning). I was pleasantly and glad I chose to order through Men's Direct.
