Terrible service! I ordered two items that were supposed to be in stock. Turns out that I did not receive a confirmation with the tracking number but until I called them. Customer service representative said they didn't provide one because they didn't have one item in stock. So, in a few words... terrible service! I won't shop from this people again.

A few of the products I like to order are often out of stock but the majority of the time there are tons of choices and variety. Customer service and support is very good as well!

efficient service; quality products I purchased a brush and comb for my grandson as a gift. At the moment he's not "into" keeping his curly hair un-tousled. So it wasn't his favorite present! But he did think the comb that works like a switch-blade was "cool" and his adult relatives appreciated the quality of both items. I know the day is coming when he will be spending a lot of time in front of a mirror trying to get just the right look, and at that point he will appreciate his nifty grooming tools.

Quality. Having ordered a number of things over the past three years from Men's Direct, I can honestly say that I've never had a single issue and I've always been a satisfied customer. Their products truly are quality and with every order you're given three free samples that you will actually use to see if another brand might suit you or not. You never pay for shipping (which is a huge incentive) regardless of cost or how much you purchase. My orders arrive when they are supposed to in the condition they were described to be in.
