GBSounds of silence? Nice products, but are they still in business? Despite numerous emails and a letter to the owners, a promised bonus product has never been delivered, nor a possible breach of their credit card safeguards addressed. Very disappointed in their lack of response.

GBpoor delivery I ordered on July 20th, I got shipping notice that the items were shiped on july 21 via DHL. The tracking number was not valid. When I called customer support on July 28, I was told that item had shipped via FedEx Smartpost. He tracked it and said it was out for delivery. Still don't have it. I will not offset from them again.

BETerrible service! I ordered two items that were supposed to be in stock. Turns out that I did not receive a confirmation with the tracking number but until I called them. Customer service representative said they didn't provide one because they didn't have one item in stock. So, in a few words... terrible service! I won't shop from this people again.

GBVery happy! I've been wet shaving for almost 35 years. Most of my shaves have been aerosol creams and disposable blades. I had at one time tried a shave brush that attached to a cream, then went to a more traditional brush but it was the kind you find at Walgreens or CVS. I was tired of the cake soap & picking hairs off my face from the brush. So now were using Proraso red & green and a very nice Edwin Jagger brush. Would love to find a DE razor that does a better job then the generic one I purchased from a local beauty supply shop.

GBAmazingly fast shipping Every time I order from Men's Direct, I'm amazed at how fast my order arrives. It's usually less than a week, and that is for the standard free shipping. Some of the bigger named internet retailers could learn a little something about fast, free shipping from Men's Direct... That's no BS.
