Great selection and fast shipping. I decided to try out wet shaving and after reading many double edge razor reviews and checking out many on-line sellers I went with Men's Direct. They have a very easy to navigate site, prices are good, they shipped my item very quickly, but the selection is what sold me. When I got the razor, I found that they had thrown in a couple of shaving cream samples and a post shave sample to get me started. Very nice and unusual in this age of trying to make every dollar count. I'll shop here again when I need supplies.

Good selection of products, but... I ordered 5 or 6 items, and when I placed the order the website indicated that they were all in stock. A day or two later I received an email that 2 items were on backorder, and that the complete order would not ship until all the items were in stock. Normally, that would have been fine, but I was traveling out of the country, and needed delivery when it was originally promised. It was doubly frustrating when I sent an email with no response received. Overall, it felt a bit like a bait and switch as had I known up front that some items were on backorder I would have gone to another site to be sure I received delivery when I needed it.

Always prompt, always right I've been ordering from Men's Direct for years, and have nothing but good things to say about them... A couple times I've order items that came with a free gift of shampoo, and they've even switched free products to accommodate my hairless head.

Terrible service! I ordered two items that were supposed to be in stock. Turns out that I did not receive a confirmation with the tracking number but until I called them. Customer service representative said they didn't provide one because they didn't have one item in stock. So, in a few words... terrible service! I won't shop from this people again.

A good range of products with quick delivery turnaround. Men's Direct has a nice range of products with an east to use website. Shipping is quick and you receive email updates as to package shipment. The three free samples never hit my last two orders, but it does not alter my opinion of the fine services provided by them.
