GBQuality. Having ordered a number of things over the past three years from Men's Direct, I can honestly say that I've never had a single issue and I've always been a satisfied customer. Their products truly are quality and with every order you're given three free samples that you will actually use to see if another brand might suit you or not. You never pay for shipping (which is a huge incentive) regardless of cost or how much you purchase. My orders arrive when they are supposed to in the condition they were described to be in. I highly reccomend Men's Direct and will continue to purchase from them again.

GBpoor delivery I ordered on July 20th, I got shipping notice that the items were shiped on july 21 via DHL. The tracking number was not valid. When I called customer support on July 28, I was told that item had shipped via FedEx Smartpost. He tracked it and said it was out for delivery. Still don't have it. I will not offset from them again.

GBefficient service; quality products I purchased a brush and comb for my grandson as a gift. At the moment he's not "into" keeping his curly hair un-tousled. So it wasn't his favorite present! But he did think the comb that works like a switch-blade was "cool" and his adult relatives appreciated the quality of both items. I know the day is coming when he will be spending a lot of time in front of a mirror trying to get just the right look, and at that point he will appreciate his nifty grooming tools.

GBCan't beat free shipping, especially when it's as quick as their's. I had a fairly cheap order ($35) and was not charged for shipping and handling. The website said I could expect the order to be delivered in 5-10 business days and I assumed it would be closer to the 10 side because of lack of shipping fees. My order was delivered less than 72 hours later (ordered Monday evening, delivered Thursday morning). I was pleasantly and glad I chose to order through Men's Direct.

GBSounds of silence? Nice products, but are they still in business? Despite numerous emails and a letter to the owners, a promised bonus product has never been delivered, nor a possible breach of their credit card safeguards addressed. Very disappointed in their lack of response.
