GBCustomer service is terrible Customer service is terrible. I placed an order on October 21 & opted for the 3-5 day shipping. It’s November 3 & I still haven’t received my order. I’ve made several attempts to reach out to the company & the only thing they said on October 29th was that they were gonna look into it. Still nothing.

GBExcellent service and quick Excellent service and quick. I ordered the wrong hair extensions and realized it as soon as I finished ordering it. The customer service department helped me find the correct size and colour and were able to change my order asap without any issues. The new hair extensions came within days of ordering and the quality it perfect.

GBLoving my topper :) I was a little unsure of the color when I ordered my topper, but it looks so natural people are shocked when I tell them its a topper, It's easy to use and I was surprised how fast I got it. I would order again amd I tell people all the time where I got it. Thanks

GBSlow like a turtle pace customer service … It’s been almost a month that I’ve been contacting them for an exchange. Several phone calls, texts and emails were sent. They received my package per the tracking status. I texted the person to asked about my exchanges tracking number. Still I have not heard a word. I will never buy from them again!
