the shipping that I paid 30.00 to get in 3-5 days still has not arrived … Right now can’t tell you how it is for I still have not received mine yet even tho I paid 30.00 for shipping 3-5 day’s delivery so am I upset you bet I am for it’s faculae you still don’t get the product as promised if you pay

Customer service is ridiculous I wrote a review on here before and they are stating that I wore my extensions for a month. I started writing them two weeks after I had my extensions I took them out after a week of having them in with no response from anybody after writing or reviewing on here I was told if I took it down I would get $100 of my $400 of my extensions that I bought for my daughter and myself that knott up When they were in our hair . At this point, I do not want a gift card from them that they have offered me $70 and $30 gift cards. I am told if I take my review would’ve got 100. I do not want this to happen to anybody.

The color is exactly what I expected The color is exactly what I expected. The quality is beautiful. The hair is shinny and strong. I have used many kinds of extensions and these ones are my fav. One advice: don’t put any dry shampoo or styling products on them. Just shampoo and conditioner will do it.
