GBCustomer service is terrible Customer service is terrible. I placed an order on October 21 & opted for the 3-5 day shipping. It’s November 3 & I still haven’t received my order. I’ve made several attempts to reach out to the company & the only thing they said on October 29th was that they were gonna look into it. Still nothing.

GBSlow like a turtle pace customer service … It’s been almost a month that I’ve been contacting them for an exchange. Several phone calls, texts and emails were sent. They received my package per the tracking status. I texted the person to asked about my exchanges tracking number. Still I have not heard a word. I will never buy from them again!

GBSunny extensions Sunny extensions, I have reached out multiple times in regards to my horrible extensions, and the sub par customer service. I’m leaving yet another bad review because you responded to my other one stating that the customer service & manufacturing team reached out to me but in fact have not. This is by far the worst customer support and service on top of being synthetic hair extensions, not human hair. Highly recommend anyone reading this to not purchase through this company.

GBThe color is exactly what I expected The color is exactly what I expected. The quality is beautiful. The hair is shinny and strong. I have used many kinds of extensions and these ones are my fav. One advice: don’t put any dry shampoo or styling products on them. Just shampoo and conditioner will do it.

GBExcellent service and quick Excellent service and quick. I ordered the wrong hair extensions and realized it as soon as I finished ordering it. The customer service department helped me find the correct size and colour and were able to change my order asap without any issues. The new hair extensions came within days of ordering and the quality it perfect.
