Dissatisfied customer I purchased ktips from sunny thinking it was great hair. Had them installed on Thursday & by Friday night they were all brittle and dry. I baby my extensions & only washed them once in a week because I'm afraid there going to get worse. I'm question if it's real human hair. Real human hair would not get this way in less than 24 hours. Excellent service and quick Excellent service and quick. I ordered the wrong hair extensions and realized it as soon as I finished ordering it. The customer service department helped me find the correct size and colour and were able to change my order asap without any issues. The new hair extensions came within days of ordering and the quality it perfect.

Customer service is ridiculous I wrote a review on here before and they are stating that I wore my extensions for a month. I started writing them two weeks after I had my extensions I took them out after a week of having them in with no response from anybody after writing or reviewing on here I was told if I took it down I would get $100 of my $400 of my extensions that I bought for my daughter and myself that knott up When they were in our hair . At this point, I do not want a gift card from them that they have offered me $70 and $30 gift cards. I am told if I take my review would’ve got 100. I do not want this to happen to anybody.

Loving my topper :) I was a little unsure of the color when I ordered my topper, but it looks so natural people are shocked when I tell them its a topper, It's easy to use and I was surprised how fast I got it. I would order again amd I tell people all the time where I got it. Thanks
