Active Campaign does NOT allow me to cancel my account I’ve used active campaign for years, since 2018. First, the quality of the service has significantly gotten worse over the years, their open rate is now horrible and they no longer offer live chat support even though I pay almost 300eur per month for their services. Second, I’m trying to cancel my account and they forced me to set up a 1:1 call with their team, there are no spots available before my payment renewal date. Meaning I’ll have to pay for a service I no longer want. This can’t be legal! Disgraceful! Don’t recommend at all, much better options out there

Im very happy with the service Im very happy with the service - my emails deliverability is very good. Good analytical tools to find out how the emails are doing. I love the feature that allows a campaign to be resent to people who havent opened it yet. They are many more feature I dont use but Im happy that I can design landing pages, forms and link it to an automated sequence (for my lead magnets for exemple)

Nothing seems urgent for this team Nothing seems urgent for this team. Don't expect support within even a week. Technical support are WAY TOO SLOW to resolve tickets, nobody gets back to you, we're thinking of changing to another CRM.

It is worth every dollar for the features I get from ActiveCampaign So far it is a great tool to manage my mailing list and have an easy-to-control campaign manager. Easy to set up and easy to embed into my website which requires minimum technological knowledge And it is an affordable solution in the market

We like their services We like their services and use it for our business since a few years. The only 2 down sides from our perspective is high pricing and the platforms dashboard is really hard to manage if you don't use it daily. It's hard to find what you need. On the other hand, their tools are really powerful and we like the way you can copy and paste pre-built automations. Absolutely top-notch is their customer service as you have free onboarding, a person who answers all questions and even gives you tips to get started. Once you encounter an issue, their CS is a bit slow but email marketing is not a tool where you need 24/7 immediate help. Compared to other providers their service is really great but on the higher price end as well.
