GBThey take your money after cancelling the service! Tried Active Campaign in the past, it was overly complicated and the login system was so unnecessarily complicated that i believe they purposely try to make it impossible to cancel accounts. Just realized I've been charged $4,488 for a service I have not been using! Scammers!

CAstay far away from AC I have had active campaign for a few years now, and have nothing but problems. Communications with them is horrible and you can only talk by chat. They dont resolve the issues that I am having and do not follow up on their money back guarantee. Stay far away from active campaign

MXIt is worth every dollar for the features I get from ActiveCampaign So far it is a great tool to manage my mailing list and have an easy-to-control campaign manager. Easy to set up and easy to embed into my website which requires minimum technological knowledge And it is an affordable solution in the market

GBTop Notch Customer Service Top Notch Customer Service! I'm continually impressed with the quick and helpful customer service from Active Campaign. Their chat function is fantastic and I almost always get my questions answered immediately. They are able to show helpful videos that guide me through my dilemma (and I am a total tech novice, so I have lots of dilemmas) - but they are logically and usually easily fixed.
