EEThe website is still slow and the text editor sluggish. The website is still slow. And I've just lot a lot of my work because of one very simple bug: If you press "Ctrl+Y", you can't revert it. You're losing your progress by just canceling. The whole text editor is frustrating and sluggish. Other than this, the rest is working quite well.

ESActive Campaign does NOT allow me to cancel my account I’ve used active campaign for years, since 2018. First, the quality of the service has significantly gotten worse over the years, their open rate is now horrible and they no longer offer live chat support even though I pay almost 300eur per month for their services. Second, I’m trying to cancel my account and they forced me to set up a 1:1 call with their team, there are no spots available before my payment renewal date. Meaning I’ll have to pay for a service I no longer want. This can’t be legal! Disgraceful! Don’t recommend at all, much better options out there

ESI feel robbed I feel robbed. Before my next billing cycle (15 days before my monthly renewal) I asked them to downgrade my account because there IS NO WAY to downgrade the account from the admin panel. They just sent me so many emails asking for info for verification , which of course took several days. Guess what happened? My new billing cycle came and they charged me 10 times more that what I asked them to charge. I have asked them to refund me the money and they say NO. I am not sure how to proceed with this, but this is abusive.

ZANothing seems urgent for this team Nothing seems urgent for this team. Don't expect support within even a week. Technical support are WAY TOO SLOW to resolve tickets, nobody gets back to you, we're thinking of changing to another CRM.

GBAC's support team is amazing AC's support team is amazing! They are very well trained, fast in response, and helpful. Our team was initially unknowledgeable about using AC, but they learned a lot through support! They also take every feedback seriously. There was one time that whenever we used support the agents would only send us links to read on that or they did not understand what we needed - we complained and the issue was instantly fixed. I love how they care about our account, work with us if we do something wrong, and warn us before anything bad actually happens so I recommend AC 10/10.
