We like their services We like their services and use it for our business since a few years. The only 2 down sides from our perspective is high pricing and the platforms dashboard is really hard to manage if you don't use it daily. It's hard to find what you need. On the other hand, their tools are really powerful and we like the way you can copy and paste pre-built automations. Absolutely top-notch is their customer service as you have free onboarding, a person who answers all questions and even gives you tips to get started. Once you encounter an issue, their CS is a bit slow but email marketing is not a tool where you need 24/7 immediate help. Compared to other providers their service is really great but on the higher price end as well.

Im very happy with the service Im very happy with the service - my emails deliverability is very good. Good analytical tools to find out how the emails are doing. I love the feature that allows a campaign to be resent to people who havent opened it yet. They are many more feature I dont use but Im happy that I can design landing pages, forms and link it to an automated sequence (for my lead magnets for exemple)

Cannot thank you enough! I am so happy with the support at Active Campaign! Randy was so patient and helpful. I am a complete technophobe and had no idea what was needing to be done. The videos made no sense to me, and he was able to help me each time there was a problem. Between Randy and my web hoster the problem was solved. Randy could have got frustrated or just told me to watch videos, but he didn't, he took the time to make sure I was able to tell my webhoster what the problem was so that I could get everything sorted. Their chat function is fantastic and I almost always get my questions answered immediately. They are able to show helpful videos that guide me through my dilemma (and I am a total tech novice, so I have lots of dilemmas) - but they are logically and usually easily fixed.
