USTop Notch Customer Service Top Notch Customer Service! I'm continually impressed with the quick and helpful customer service from Active Campaign. Their chat function is fantastic and I almost always get my questions answered immediately. They are able to show helpful videos that guide me through my dilemma (and I am a total tech novice, so I have lots of dilemmas) - but they are logically and usually easily fixed.

USSteve L Steve L. with the Active Campaign Help Desk was amazing! He was patient, friendly, and knowledgable. He went out of his way to support me in getting a very tricky issue resolved. Whatsmore, he took the iniative to check into the part of the issue still pending from another company that was impacting my AC account on his own, and reached out to me with an invitation and instructions on how to resolve it. I wish ALL customer service agents were half as helpful and dedicated to excellence as Steve is. He is an incredible asset to Active Campaign. In fact, I was so blown away by his support, I wrote an email to my list about him!

USAC's support team is amazing AC's support team is amazing! They are very well trained, fast in response, and helpful. Our team was initially unknowledgeable about using AC, but they learned a lot through support! They also take every feedback seriously. There was one time that whenever we used support the agents would only send us links to read on that or they did not understand what we needed - we complained and the issue was instantly fixed. I love how they care about our account, work with us if we do something wrong, and warn us before anything bad actually happens so I recommend AC 10/10.

USI live in a gated community in the mountains I live in a gated community in the mountains of North Georgia, we use active campaign to communicate with our over 350 owners, only about 200 currently live in the community. The rest are lot owners. The fact that AC produces reports that show how many are opening emails and have clicked on links, helps us to know how to produce good emails and email titles that encourage people to open the emails.
