GBCannot thank you enough! I am so happy with the support at Active Campaign! Randy was so patient and helpful. I am a complete technophobe and had no idea what was needing to be done. The videos made no sense to me, and he was able to help me each time there was a problem. Between Randy and my web hoster the problem was solved. Randy could have got frustrated or just told me to watch videos, but he didn't, he took the time to make sure I was able to tell my webhoster what the problem was so that I could get everything sorted. ESI feel robbed I feel robbed. Before my next billing cycle (15 days before my monthly renewal) I asked them to downgrade my account because there IS NO WAY to downgrade the account from the admin panel. They just sent me so many emails asking for info for verification , which of course took several days. Guess what happened? My new billing cycle came and they charged me 10 times more that what I asked them to charge. I have asked them to refund me the money and they say NO. I am not sure how to proceed with this, but this is abusive.

USThe platform is extremely customizable… The platform is extremely customizable and easy to use. If you can't figure something out, they will have resources online to help. Their online chat is helpful too!

AUSupport is terrible Support is terrible I have been trying to contact support to get help with setting up a campaign, the only channel I have is via email which today means waiting hours and still no response

CAstay far away from AC I have had active campaign for a few years now, and have nothing but problems. Communications with them is horrible and you can only talk by chat. They dont resolve the issues that I am having and do not follow up on their money back guarantee. Stay far away from active campaign
