stay far away from AC I have had active campaign for a few years now, and have nothing but problems. Communications with them is horrible and you can only talk by chat. Im very happy with the service Im very happy with the service - my emails deliverability is very good. Good analytical tools to find out how the emails are doing. I love the feature that allows a campaign to be resent to people who havent opened it yet. They are many more feature I dont use but Im happy that I can design landing pages, forms and link it to an automated sequence (for my lead magnets for exemple)

OH NO! Total waste of time - it's garbage! There were a plethora of AI emails when I signed up for the 14 day free trial. Upon trying get to the information and accessing "my account" I kept getting the same errors, email incorrect etc. I replied to the emails from my inbox, tried reaching support and I didn't receive a single response. So happy I didn't go any further! I've used their competitors with success for years. I'm going back with a known entity. My suggestion is to stick with a tried and true expert!

AC's support team is amazing AC's support team is amazing! They are very well trained, fast in response, and helpful. Our team was initially unknowledgeable about using AC, but they learned a lot through support! They also take every feedback seriously. There was one time that whenever we used support the agents would only send us links to read on that or they did not understand what we needed - we complained and the issue was instantly fixed. I love how they care about our account, work with us if we do something wrong, and warn us before anything bad actually happens so I recommend AC 10/10.
