GBEmbertribe always went the extra mile for our company Our company loved working with EmberTribe. Our account managers were extremely skillful and passionate about creating a digital media strategy (and beautiful creative!) that met our brand's unique needs and budget. We always felt they went the extra mile on each and every project and were available around the clock to support us. Thanks for everything team :-) Hope to work with you again soon!

GBGreat experience Kayla and Mariel (dream team) together really got the ball rolling for our brand with EmberTribe. I really appreciate how patient and driven they are and look forward to seeing more results.

GBTruly a horrible agency Truly a horrible agency. Lackluster presentations. A lot of bells and whistles reporting wise with zero actual results or strategy to report on. Cannot stress enough what an unpleasant experience I had with this company. Highly advise anyone to explore other options.

GBEmber Tribe Left me $4,400 in the hole. I don’t like leaving negative reviews. In fact, I’ve delayed doing so for months. But in the end, I decided it wouldn’t be fair to others to not share my experience. The truth is, EmberTribe left me $4,400 in the hole. Here’s my story: After my initial strategy call, I was excited. The owner himself had told me he was incredibly confident they could take fledgling but profitable business to the big leagues. It would cost me $3,000 a month. After expressing my concern about paying that much a month, they offered me $2,500/month in exchange for a significant share of future profits (in hindsight, it was a pretty raw deal, but I really wanted to get an “expert” working on my ads instead of me, the novice). They sent me some testimonial videos that really made it sound like they knew their stuff, and I signed up. I was assigned a team and the project kicked off. In fairness, my offer involves a travel deal, and right after we started, Covid hit. I was extremely patient, since I assumed Covid was impacting their ability to get results. But there was something nagging at me too… The creative they were producing was pretty crappy. In fact, the video I’d produced myself was WAY better than anything they were churning out. After a while of getting losing results with their creative, they just started using my creative in their ads. BUT HERE’S THE KICKER: Two months in, I took a closer look into the profitability of individual campaigns. During those two months, my own campaigns (which I had set up prior to bringing on EmberTribe) had made $6,000 profit. EmberTribe’s campaigns had made $600 profit, despite having a larger ad budget than my campaigns. Yes, as a complete ads novice, I 10X’ed their results during the exact same timeframe. BUT EmberTribe also charged me $5,000 in agency fees, just about wiping out the entire profit of my own ad campaigns. When I approached them about the results, they “graciously” agreed to let me out of the final month of my contract, but when I asked if they’d be willing to refund any of the agency fees, I was politely declined. Essentially, they required me to take the risk for their lack of results. They made me $600, and took $5,000. As a fledgling business, it’s been tough trying to recover from that.

GBNice folks, money down the drain Everyone I interacted with at EmberTribe was perfectly pleasant, and they did help with the UX on our website. However, after a 6+ month engagement at $3000/month, we saw basically no growth in sales nor any improvement in ROAS on our social media ads. Decided to move on, because $18k is too much for a small business to pay an agency that wasn't helping us scale our conversions.
