My Bad Experience With GiveButter! My review of GiveButter is completely based on my own personal opinions and is not meant to smear, slander, or make defamatory statements about GiveButter. All of the statements I’m making in regards to GiveButter are being alleged based on my personal experience. GiveButter allegedly deactivated my account and the allegedly stopped responding to my email in regards to refunding all of my donors. I allegedly received an email from an alleged GiveButter employee named Rachid informing me that refunds would be granted to my donors. Allegedly GiveButter has not issued all of the refunds to my donors. I think they should have solved this issue more professionally instead of allegedly ignoring emails, messages, and chats.

Trying to work with this Company but no… Trying to work with this Company but no live person to speak to. How can I run campaigns with bad customer service? What would donors do? I spent almost two hours on a chat waiting for responses and the nice agent said they have a small team and continued to apologize. Significant wait time between responses from agent. The he simply sent links they didn't answer the specifics. Again would have been a short phone chat. Obviously, this Company spent much of the funding on Marketing, SEO, and flashy website. Whet about good old fashioned reasonable customer service?

Wonderful way to fundraiser! After participating in years of fundraisers as a parent of 4, this amazing Give Butter App was motivating, easy and fun to use this season. Best of all, more money was raised by donations and not selling items no one needs. Our team had competitions to raise the most money and have the most donors. We will definitely use it to fundraiser next season! Thank you for your wonderful fundraising platform!

Our answer is really closer to 4.5 Our answer is really closer to 4.5. The experience with Givebutter was great. The only downside was that individuals were unable to see who donated on their behalf. We had to send updates to everyone, which was not the best use of our time.
