Trying to work with this Company but no… Trying to work with this Company but no live person to speak to. How can I run campaigns with bad customer service? What would donors do? I spent almost two hours on a chat waiting for responses and the nice agent said they have a small team and continued to apologize. Significant wait time between responses from agent. The he simply sent links they didn't answer the specifics. Again would have been a short phone chat. Obviously, this Company spent much of the funding on Marketing, SEO, and flashy website. Whet about good old fashioned reasonable customer service?

They said they don't feel safe having me raise funds, and it is for the safety of the community that I not have an account. I provided the documentation that was needed. Someone is telling lies, and not being truthful, and this is slander.
