My overall experience with Givebutter… My overall experience with Givebutter has been terrific! I'm impressed with the way the solution has grown in the almost two years since I started using it. Givebutter making the courageous decision to share the app for "free" has been a blessing for my little nonprofit. When I need Givebutter support, every rep has been prompt, courteous, and delivered a perfect solution. It's great that Givebutter has added so many modules like auctions and continues to add new features. However, there are some items that most of us low to midrange users need to be addressed: * The Giving Hub pages need to be configured to allow users to customize the pages so it can better integrate with users' existing web pages and provide a consistent experience across the three Giving Hub pages. * Those of us using ticketing need Givebutter to deliver on being able to assign a Fair Market Value to items. (see "Fair Market Value / Deductible Amount (per item/ticket)" and "Per-ticket customizable receipts" post which includes screen shots of a sample FMV implementation from a competing solution. When those issues are addressed, my review will absolutely be 5-STARS!

our search is over We have been searching for a platform to launch our digital fundraising platform for many years now, and Givebutter was the first one that really fit our ideal perfectly. The fact that we can utilize Venmo, Apple Pay, and many other forms of donation avenues is crucial. Not to mention the expansive dashboard. And the fact that our members and donators are contributing to the company as well makes it all worth it.

Easy to use Easy to set-up, customize, navigate & learn, love the e-wallet options for donors. You can embed the giving page on your own website too, so that donors never have to leave. Love the email receipts as well. The customer service is the best I have ever encountered when compared to other nonprofit service providers.

I stumbled across Givebutter when… I stumbled across Givebutter when looking for a CRM for my brand-new non-profit. I didn't really think it would be able to offer much, but it was free so I gave it a shot. Lo and behold, it has well exceeded my expectations and really is an incredible tool! Fundraising, CRM, and now auctions?! So glad I took a chance.

I had applied for an account to raise… I had applied for an account to raise funds. They suspended my account without cause, as soon as the account was created. They said they don't feel safe having me raise funds, and it is for the safety of the community that I not have an account. I provided the documentation that was needed. Someone is telling lies, and not being truthful, and this is slander.
