GBI stumbled across Givebutter when… I stumbled across Givebutter when looking for a CRM for my brand-new non-profit. I didn't really think it would be able to offer much, but it was free so I gave it a shot. Lo and behold, it has well exceeded my expectations and really is an incredible tool! Fundraising, CRM, and now auctions?! So glad I took a chance.

GBI made a donation to my high school and… I made a donation to my high school and I was charged $3 for a tip without my approval. I was also charged a service fee of $1 with out my approval or an option to opt-out. Will not donate the next if they use givebutter.com

ILGivebutter is the best fundraising website there is I spent a looong time trying to find a platform that I could raise money online with. I finally found Givebutter and fell in love! They provide an easy and beautiful solution for every aspect, and what isn't perfect they are already working on, and if you want something, they are SUPER responsive. All for free. GBTrying to work with this Company but no… Trying to work with this Company but no live person to speak to. How can I run campaigns with bad customer service? What would donors do? I spent almost two hours on a chat waiting for responses and the nice agent said they have a small team and continued to apologize. Significant wait time between responses from agent. The he simply sent links they didn't answer the specifics. Again would have been a short phone chat. Obviously, this Company spent much of the funding on Marketing, SEO, and flashy website. Whet about good old fashioned reasonable customer service?
