GBUse GiveButter if you want to LOSE money! We are a tiny, volunteer-run nonprofit organization that depends on fundraising to exist. We lost hundreds of dollars in potential donations--along with experiencing deep embarrassment at our event--due to GiveButter's admitted mobile platform glitch where our guests were not able to bid live on silent auction items at our event. We had a piece of artwork that went for grossly under its listed value due to the inability of people at our event to bid live. A river rafting package ended up going for only half of its value. The organizations that generously donated these items were appalled, and we were deeply embarrassed. Generally, the idea with a silent auction is that people are able to give, not get a deal. What could I tell them except that GiveButter screwed up. On top of that, I can't tell you how much time I have spent scrambling to recover with our guests and donors during a time when I should have been focused on thanking folks for their generosity. Getting any kind of customer service--during the glitch and after--was a joke. They have yet to apologize for the issue. Instead, they offered to refund our service fee plus a $69 "donation." I've spent literally hours trying to use their chat feature, and no one returns my emails. We are an extremely small nonprofit organization doing all we can to keep on our feet and keep our organization afloat. This silent auction was vital for our survival, and GiveButter flat out screwed us.

GBI had applied for an account to raise… I had applied for an account to raise funds. They suspended my account without cause, as soon as the account was created. They said they don't feel safe having me raise funds, and it is for the safety of the community that I not have an account. I provided the documentation that was needed. Someone is telling lies, and not being truthful, and this is slander.

GBGiveButter monetizes the consumer with no cash! GiveButter makes donations easy! As a consultant to non-profit cultural presenters, monetizing audiences is job one. GiveButter solves the problem of how to monetize the new consumer who carries no cash. My first client has generated almost $400,000 in their first year. This year I have migrated a total of four non-profits to the GiveButter donation platform. Ease of use in set-up, QR codes + text to donate options, social media sharing, acceptance of all pay platforms, robust CRM, great back end financials, constant updates and improvements, great customer support and best practices guidance and all at at no cost. I've been impressed with everyone I've come in contact with at GB from the founder to customer service. They are passionate about my client's success!

GBour search is over We have been searching for a platform to launch our digital fundraising platform for many years now, and Givebutter was the first one that really fit our ideal perfectly. The fact that we can utilize Venmo, Apple Pay, and many other forms of donation avenues is crucial. Not to mention the expansive dashboard. And the fact that our members and donators are contributing to the company as well makes it all worth it.

GBI was at a dance company's fundraiser… I was at a dance company's fundraiser and used their app to donate $100, plus a $3 fee for the app transaction. Then I get an extra $15 charged for Givebutter. Disgusting. $1 or $2, ok. But $15???
