Terrible!! Terrible!!! I never received a status or my order and was asked to write a review of my purchases. After writing a negative review I then received order status that it shipped and shortly after that I received their comment to my review which annoyed them. Again shortly after I received an email that my order was cancelled. Not sure how they even do business. Their website is terrible for finding updates on yr order and the fact that they would cancel my order is disgusting. Ref yr reply I never asked to cancel my order

I have ordered two wigs --and they are… I have ordered two wigs --and they are both beautiful -- as well as shampoo and wig brushes. All arrived in a timely manner, they were well packaged, and all orders were beyond and above my expectations. Please do not hesitate to order from The HeadShop Wigs! I am grateful that I found this website! You will not be disappointed.

My hair is long,grey and thinning. My hair is long,grey and thinning. I wear it in a ponytail and now with the perfectly matching hair piece, it looks full, wavy and natural . I love it. My husband said, “ You are lovely without it, but I can see it make you feel better about yourself, so I like it, too!”

Beware: Product and customer service inferior The photo of the wig I ordered is nothing at all like the product I received. It’s a mass of unstyled hair. My request to return was denied. Their calculation was that it was 6 business days since a late afternoon delivery, which should not count as the first business day. This happened during the Christmas and new years holidays timeframe. I am a chemotherapy patient. I cannot take this wig to have it cut and styled by a professional. We are in a pandemic and my being immuno compromised I just cannot take the risk. This company has zero understanding of customer satisfaction. If I could give 0 stars I would.
