USI really like the product that was sent… I really like the product that was sent to me but I needed a different color and here is where I have my problem. I wanted a straight exchange which you would not accommodate and I was given a RA to send back within an allotted amount of time but I got sick and missed it, so now I have a wig I can't return or exchange, I don't like the return policy.

USTerrible!! Terrible!!! I never received a status or my order and was asked to write a review of my purchases. After writing a negative review I then received order status that it shipped and shortly after that I received their comment to my review which annoyed them. Again shortly after I received an email that my order was cancelled. Not sure how they even do business. Their website is terrible for finding updates on yr order and the fact that they would cancel my order is disgusting. Ref yr reply I never asked to cancel my order

USBeware: Product and customer service inferior The photo of the wig I ordered is nothing at all like the product I received. It’s a mass of unstyled hair. My request to return was denied. Their calculation was that it was 6 business days since a late afternoon delivery, which should not count as the first business day. This happened during the Christmas and new years holidays timeframe. I am a chemotherapy patient. I cannot take this wig to have it cut and styled by a professional. We are in a pandemic and my being immuno compromised I just cannot take the risk. This company has zero understanding of customer satisfaction. If I could give 0 stars I would.

USLooks natural I bought a topper that matches my hair color exactly. Nobody knows I’m even wearing it, it looks so natural!
