USWigs not what they look like in the catalog Don’t know yet how much money will be taken off for returns but my experience was very good I ordered a wig and returned it without much trouble.I was disappointed when I put the wig on my head and your supposed to just put it in place with your fingers ho ho ho what you really need is the same beautician that Raquel Welsh uses then maybe it will look good on you too!

USThe wig I received looks nothing like… The wig I received looks nothing like the photo. The length is also not like the photo the ends are thin and stringy. It’s horrible! They charge your card before you receive your item. I know why now..I paid 165.00 for a wig I’m embarrassed to give my daughter-in-law who has cancer. Horrible!! Still waiting on customer service to get back with me on returning this item.. You did charge me prior to receiving the item. Also, I did not do a charge back but I appreciate you giving me the advice to do so.

USNeed better customer service You did not do bad. I really did not know what I needed to order. I really ordered blind. I am ordering again and hope I can be better informed. Your customer service was nice but not helpful. I am going to call customer service again before I order and hope they can help. I had to return my item which can get pricey

USMy hair is long,grey and thinning. My hair is long,grey and thinning. I wear it in a ponytail and now with the perfectly matching hair piece, it looks full, wavy and natural . I love it.
