They are a large company - so its different from working with a single link builder. But I'm ok with that because they seem to make up for that with the quality of the links they build. Another thing you need to know- you are paired with an account manager and that person is who handles your account. If you want to speak with someone else there - they want you to speak with your account manager about the account. That's ok but what about when your account manager is busy, you have to either call back or schedule in a time when the account manager is available. Apart from that as long as you know about that then you're ok just know that up front.
