Great Company with excellent service I joined Robly when they were just starting out. Switching from Constant Contact to Robly was a leap of faith to be sure, but it has proven to be a great business decision. With pricing and customer service that beats CC hands down, I am glad I did it. I was concerned that their attention to customer service would go by the wayside as they got larger, however their excellent customer service has remained impeccable. Their template selection is superb and UI is easy. Look forward to seeing what comes next for them (hint....add texting integration!)

Things started off really well Things started off really well. Sending speed was fast, delivery was great and it showed through open rates, and customer service was excellent. And then as I continued to increase volume, all the sudden my open rates went from 30% to less than 1%, it takes about 6 hours to send 100k emails, and every time I asked customer service if they could look into it and tell me what happened, all I keep getting told is that "our engineers are looking into it". That's literally all I've been hearing, and then when I started to get frustrated, the customer service rep decided to get snippy with me. I thought my money was as green as everyone else. I'm a paying customer as well, and don't know what happened, but unfortunately it is causing me to start looking for other options.

We Love Robly! Robly is a great source for our Church to spread the word by updating our Parishioners on the upcoming event and news in our Parish. It is easy to use and they have a wonderful team to answer questions. It has been a great cost savings since switching from constant contact as well. Cheers to a great partnership

We LOVE Robly We LOVE Robly! We have been using Robly for 2 years now and it is our favorite email marketing tool that we have used. The ease of putting campaigns together, and the "OpenGen" feature are two of our favorite things, but we don't have any complaints about the Robly platform. Keep up the great work!

Good enough Overall I think Robly gets the job done. However, we've had reports of people not receiving our emails even though they claimed not to have unsubscribed. Also, the data shown on users seems inconsistent or non-reflective of the truth.
