GBNew Update (2023) - not ideal. Used to be a decent email service but they just updated the drag and drop editing and while you can now put embedded videos, the entire editor is more difficult and much more limiting. The mobile view is all off center and there’s no way to edit in mobile view to fix. When I reached out to the chat they told me that I just had to just “play around with it” to get it to look normal. The editor also glitches and you have to refresh the page almost every time.

GBCAN'T UNSUBSCRIBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My wife continues to get emails from you. Not just one or two but hundreds. I've unsubscribed from your list for the last two weeks and she still gets emails. STOP!!!!!

GBStill Testing I am still testing the platform - I do like that they have a variety of things built into the system, and uploading contacts was relatively easy. I am finding the design portion a bit clunky to customize for the actual email campaigns.

THTheir customer service was horrible. The Company is Awful! Stay Away! Their customer service was horrible. Chat support was almost never available. They missed calls. Their customer service manager was rude, curt and like a robot. I was referred to the service by the owners and had my account terminated after only 10 days. They knew the industry I was in and partly cited that as a reason to terminate me. It was hard to setup and when I finally had everything ready they kicked me off. They don't communicate well with each other. My rep knew I needed to sort out my list and they said there were too many bounces. They didn't even give me any notice. Horrible, horrible people to deal with. Stay away!

GBGood enough Overall I think Robly gets the job done. However, we've had reports of people not receiving our emails even though they claimed not to have unsubscribed. Also, the data shown on users seems inconsistent or non-reflective of the truth.
