They cancelled service but kept billing I used their review widget service and last week they emailed saying they were discontinuing that service starting July 31st. Then they billed me for August saying I didn't request a cancellation of billing in time! They discontinued service and want to keep billing for a service they no longer provide. They need to work on customer service.

Great leading edge organization! I continue to switch friends from other marketing options or get them started with email campaigns with Robly. Great Company with excellent service I joined Robly when they were just starting out. Switching from Constant Contact to Robly was a leap of faith to be sure, but it has proven to be a great business decision. With pricing and customer service that beats CC hands down, I am glad I did it. I was concerned that their attention to customer service would go by the wayside as they got larger, however their excellent customer service has remained impeccable. Their template selection is superb and UI is easy. Look forward to seeing what comes next for them (hint....add texting integration!)
