Robly HAD great customer service Robly HAD great customer service. Sadly they decided to make a lot of changes which had a major impact on our marketing. First they decided to force us to remove gmail emails because they had not interacted for over a few months (during the pandemic our email marketing was reduced due to fewer sales being listed) then they changed their editor necessitating conversion of templates. They converted the wrong template and almost a month later after their agreeing to convert our PRIMARY template it still has not been done. My sale closes tomorrow and I have not been able to send out a proper email.

Robly is easy to learn and use! Robly is easy to learn and use! Robly's system was very easy to learn and use when we made the switch to it. They had a lot of the features we were looking for, like curated lists and more control for those getting our emails on what they want to see. Our open rate has increased because of our targeted emails. No one has noticed the change to Robly, which we consider a good thing because that means it was seamless and we had no problems. We highly recommend this product.

Ive been using it for years now and have tried the others and they don't compare when it comes to price friendly UI. Thanks Robly for being the greatness you are.

Great Company with excellent service I joined Robly when they were just starting out. Switching from Constant Contact to Robly was a leap of faith to be sure, but it has proven to be a great business decision. With pricing and customer service that beats CC hands down, I am glad I did it. I was concerned that their attention to customer service would go by the wayside as they got larger, however their excellent customer service has remained impeccable. Their template selection is superb and UI is easy. Look forward to seeing what comes next for them (hint....add texting integration!)

We Love Robly! Robly is a great source for our Church to spread the word by updating our Parishioners on the upcoming event and news in our Parish. It is easy to use and they have a wonderful team to answer questions. It has been a great cost savings since switching from constant contact as well. Cheers to a great partnership
