GBThings started off really well Things started off really well. Sending speed was fast, delivery was great and it showed through open rates, and customer service was excellent. And then as I continued to increase volume, all the sudden my open rates went from 30% to less than 1%, it takes about 6 hours to send 100k emails, and every time I asked customer service if they could look into it and tell me what happened, all I keep getting told is that "our engineers are looking into it". That's literally all I've been hearing, and then when I started to get frustrated, the customer service rep decided to get snippy with me. I thought my money was as green as everyone else. I'm a paying customer as well, and don't know what happened, but unfortunately it is causing me to start looking for other options.

GBNew Update (2023) - not ideal. Used to be a decent email service but they just updated the drag and drop editing and while you can now put embedded videos, the entire editor is more difficult and much more limiting. The mobile view is all off center and there’s no way to edit in mobile view to fix. When I reached out to the chat they told me that I just had to just “play around with it” to get it to look normal. The editor also glitches and you have to refresh the page almost every time.

Ive been using it for years now and have tried the others and they don't compare when it comes to price friendly UI. Thanks Robly for being the greatness you are.

GBGreat Basics. Needs to expand the offerings. This is the perfect way to build beautiful communications for your business. We took advantage of the free design assistance where they took our existing logo and made a nice template from that. The only problem is that when you go in to work with the template it's difficult to keep some of the font colors from your template when you go to add your own work. Then trying to match the color is almost impossible. It would be nice if there was a "favorite colors" section to keep all your template colors in order. Also, there are only 10-15 fonts you can use and it can get very stagnant. I wish we had more fonts to choose from. Overall I enjoyed this better than constant contact purely from the design elements they added to our template, making it more professional and beautiful.
