GBNew Update (2023) - not ideal. Used to be a decent email service but they just updated the drag and drop editing and while you can now put embedded videos, the entire editor is more difficult and much more limiting. The mobile view is all off center and there’s no way to edit in mobile view to fix. When I reached out to the chat they told me that I just had to just “play around with it” to get it to look normal. The editor also glitches and you have to refresh the page almost every time.

GBGreat Company with excellent service I joined Robly when they were just starting out. Switching from Constant Contact to Robly was a leap of faith to be sure, but it has proven to be a great business decision. With pricing and customer service that beats CC hands down, I am glad I did it. I was concerned that their attention to customer service would go by the wayside as they got larger, however their excellent customer service has remained impeccable. Their template selection is superb and UI is easy. Look forward to seeing what comes next for them (hint....add texting integration!)

GBGood enough Overall I think Robly gets the job done. However, we've had reports of people not receiving our emails even though they claimed not to have unsubscribed. Also, the data shown on users seems inconsistent or non-reflective of the truth.

GBRobly is easy to learn and use! Robly is easy to learn and use! Robly's system was very easy to learn and use when we made the switch to it. They had a lot of the features we were looking for, like curated lists and more control for those getting our emails on what they want to see. Our open rate has increased because of our targeted emails. No one has noticed the change to Robly, which we consider a good thing because that means it was seamless and we had no problems. We highly recommend this product.
