They cancelled service but kept billing I used their review widget service and last week they emailed saying they were discontinuing that service starting July 31st. Then they billed me for August saying I didn't request a cancellation of billing in time! They discontinued service and want to keep billing for a service they no longer provide. They need to work on customer service.

CAN'T UNSUBSCRIBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My wife continues to get emails from you. Not just one or two but hundreds. I've unsubscribed from your list for the last two weeks and she still gets emails. STOP!!!!!

New Update (2023) - not ideal. Used to be a decent email service but they just updated the drag and drop editing and while you can now put embedded videos, the entire editor is more difficult and much more limiting. The mobile view is all off center and there’s no way to edit in mobile view to fix. When I reached out to the chat they told me that I just had to just “play around with it” to get it to look normal. The editor also glitches and you have to refresh the page almost every time.

Great leading edge organization! I continue to switch friends from other marketing options or get them started with email campaigns with Robly. Robly HAD great customer service Robly HAD great customer service. Sadly they decided to make a lot of changes which had a major impact on our marketing. First they decided to force us to remove gmail emails because they had not interacted for over a few months (during the pandemic our email marketing was reduced due to fewer sales being listed) then they changed their editor necessitating conversion of templates. They converted the wrong template and almost a month later after their agreeing to convert our PRIMARY template it still has not been done. My sale closes tomorrow and I have not been able to send out a proper email.
