GBWe LOVE Robly We LOVE Robly! We have been using Robly for 2 years now and it is our favorite email marketing tool that we have used. The ease of putting campaigns together, and the "OpenGen" feature are two of our favorite things, but we don't have any complaints about the Robly platform. Keep up the great work!

THTheir customer service was horrible. The Company is Awful! Stay Away! Their customer service was horrible. Chat support was almost never available. They missed calls. Their customer service manager was rude, curt and like a robot. I was referred to the service by the owners and had my account terminated after only 10 days. They knew the industry I was in and partly cited that as a reason to terminate me. It was hard to setup and when I finally had everything ready they kicked me off. They don't communicate well with each other. My rep knew I needed to sort out my list and they said there were too many bounces. They didn't even give me any notice. Horrible, horrible people to deal with. Stay away!

GBRobly HAD great customer service Robly HAD great customer service. Sadly they decided to make a lot of changes which had a major impact on our marketing. First they decided to force us to remove gmail emails because they had not interacted for over a few months (during the pandemic our email marketing was reduced due to fewer sales being listed) then they changed their editor necessitating conversion of templates. They converted the wrong template and almost a month later after their agreeing to convert our PRIMARY template it still has not been done. My sale closes tomorrow and I have not been able to send out a proper email.

GBWe Love Robly! Robly is a great source for our Church to spread the word by updating our Parishioners on the upcoming event and news in our Parish. It is easy to use and they have a wonderful team to answer questions. It has been a great cost savings since switching from constant contact as well. Cheers to a great partnership
