Their team has been able to take the heavy lifting of PPC management off our plate so we can focus on strategic management. There have been a few hiccups out of the gate but that's to be expected within the first 90 days.

GBThe Worst Marketing Experience I Did Not Know Was Even Possible... Terrible company and performance, but great salesman working from day 1 to get that contract signed. He promised the world & underdelivered. He said we could opt into spending an extra $75 per campaign to cancel at anytime. After 4 unsuccessful campaigns we decided to cancel. Wordstream / LocaliQ did not deliver on what was promised. We had to file a dispute with our credit card company & put a blocker on this company for not receiving the service promised. Don't walk... RUN from this terrible "fast food" of a marketing company.

GBLarry Kim and his new scam company… Larry Kim and his new scam company Mobile Monkey are at it again. First with Wordstream and now a Chat bot service, Mobile Monkey. Same deceptive Marketing and advertising. Same SEO to hide the thousands of complaints that are piling up online. They have been charging my credit card for months. No help from the banks. The service is a joke. How can this man keep getting away with scamming millions from small business? Any investors that choose to work with such a horrible man, should be held accountable.

GBGood software but poor support Good software but I would not suggest their Plus package. Their consultants are not adding value to the campaigns and they end up asking the same questions to you so you repeat the facts again and again. It took more than a week for their implementation team to make a small change (adding a pixel) so if you are using the software, that is good but think twice for the Plus plan.

GBIf I could give no stars I would If I could give no stars I would. The sales call that pulled me in was great, unfortunately, every moment after that was the worst experience I think I have ever had from both a customer service to technical expertise perspective. From launching expensive campaigns without proper initial meetings, or discussions, no phone calls, and a very slow turn around on emails. Finally when I cancelled I am owed a rather sizable refund, and yet to receive that. Don't walk, run from the company, they are the fast food of crap service all the way around.
