I've been a customer for about a year I've been a customer for about a year. I've never got what was intended from the service unfortunately. Impossible to get a call back, I've called, and chatted over the past 2 months to cancel my service, but no one calls me back. Their next payment will draft again tomorrow. I was supposed to be cancelled a few months ago. If I could do it again, I'd certainly would've never signed up in the first place.

Avoid like the plague. Reading through the other 1 star reviews it’s all been said. This company is non-responsive and deceptive. Their Local IQ service is for PPC ads. Everything you would expect a qualified agency to do they neglect to do. It’s throw your ad up against the wall and if it’s not getting results they do nothing to improve the performance. That’s the entire point of hiring an agency! Anyone can run an ad that fails. Every aspect I experienced with them was like this. Very unprofessional.

A Great Way to Get Started with Paid Advertising Having no prior experience with paid advertising, WordStream was a great place to start. Their team is very responsive and knowledgeable. The software itself is not as "smart" as I had hoped, but the support is top-notch. WordStream is a great alternative to hiring out this type of work if you prefer to manage paid advertising accounts in house.

It is nice to have everything wrap up into one easy to read report. The transition over was smooth well and recommend their services.

Terrible company and performance Terrible company and performance, but great salesman working you from day 1 to get that contract signed. Just checkout the Adwords screenshot I included. You can see that right when I started using Wordstream and following their algorithms' suggestions, and those of the consultant, COSTS SOARED HIGHER, and yet CONVERSION RATE PLUMMETED. My 3 month contract ended and I canceled two weeks prior, which is 12 days earlier than I needed to, and yet they still charged me an extra month of fees and refused to refund me my money. Their service is terrible and they banged me for an extra month's fees despite my written cancellation beyond the minimum time frame required. I wouldn't buy a bag of peanuts from this company - total trash.
