GBThe Worst Marketing Experience I Did Not Know Was Even Possible... Terrible company and performance, but great salesman working from day 1 to get that contract signed. He promised the world & underdelivered. He said we could opt into spending an extra $75 per campaign to cancel at anytime. After 4 unsuccessful campaigns we decided to cancel. Wordstream / LocaliQ did not deliver on what was promised. We had to file a dispute with our credit card company & put a blocker on this company for not receiving the service promised. Don't walk... RUN from this terrible "fast food" of a marketing company.

GBCollects My Personal Data Without My Knowledge This company claims to provide "free" marketing and advertising guidance but it is actually in exchange for your personal information. I went to their website and within 45 seconds received a call from a consultant who told me he could see I was on his site and wanted to know if I needed help. I never knowingly gave them the right to track my computer's IP address or know when I was on their site. When asked to be removed the agent was very rude and told me that was the "consequence" of receiving free information. This simply proves my point that it is not for free. I am so glad I did not let them help me with my company's google ads because they would have had all my information and login information. I do not recommend them especially if you are concerned about your privacy. Once I did not want to work with them, they were rude.

GBWordStream makes it easy to understand… WordStream makes it easy to understand how our ads and keywords are working in terms of driving traffic into our website and increasing our social media presence. It is nice to have everything wrap up into one easy to read report. The transition over was smooth well and recommend their services.

GBGood software but poor support Good software but I would not suggest their Plus package. Their consultants are not adding value to the campaigns and they end up asking the same questions to you so you repeat the facts again and again. It took more than a week for their implementation team to make a small change (adding a pixel) so if you are using the software, that is good but think twice for the Plus plan.

GBDon't get roped in to the sales call Don't get roped in to the sales call. This is the biggest scam PPC nonsense out there. They bill bill bill you and don't let you walk away from their overpriced interface. If I could give 0 stars I would. Although my account person was very helpful trying to tie up small businesses when times are tough is despicable.
