Wordstream has really helped us to hone… Wordstream has really helped us to hone our marketing strategy. It has allowed us to cut out spending with an expensive marketing company. Instead, we are able to take control with little prior experience and little time required. The representatives are very friendly and easy to work with and you always work with the same people so they get to know you well.

We are not having the best experience… We are not having the best experience with Wordstream. We started using the platform for ads however they changed their service to exclude feeds and now we have been directed to another company GODATAFEED who are equally as bad as Wordtream and charging loads more for the same service.We now have campaigns that do not have a feed. Its a total mess and Workstream just keep taking money and not resolving the issue. I cannot currently recommend Wordtsream and you have to book weeks in advance to get to speak to anyone, then if you are unlcky they will cancel a scheduled call at the last minute. Appalling service.

Collects My Personal Data Without My Knowledge This company claims to provide "free" marketing and advertising guidance but it is actually in exchange for your personal information. I went to their website and within 45 seconds received a call from a consultant who told me he could see I was on his site and wanted to know if I needed help. I never knowingly gave them the right to track my computer's IP address or know when I was on their site. When asked to be removed the agent was very rude and told me that was the "consequence" of receiving free information. This simply proves my point that it is not for free. I am so glad I did not let them help me with my company's google ads because they would have had all my information and login information. I do not recommend them especially if you are concerned about your privacy. Once I did not want to work with them, they were rude.

Terrible company and performance Terrible company and performance, but great salesman working you from day 1 to get that contract signed. Just checkout the Adwords screenshot I included. You can see that right when I started using Wordstream and following their algorithms' suggestions, and those of the consultant, COSTS SOARED HIGHER, and yet CONVERSION RATE PLUMMETED. My 3 month contract ended and I canceled two weeks prior, which is 12 days earlier than I needed to, and yet they still charged me an extra month of fees and refused to refund me my money. Their service is terrible and they banged me for an extra month's fees despite my written cancellation beyond the minimum time frame required. I wouldn't buy a bag of peanuts from this company - total trash.

Wordstream has been a great partner… Wordstream has been a great partner this far. Their team has been able to take the heavy lifting of PPC management off our plate so we can focus on strategic management. There have been a few hiccups out of the gate but that's to be expected within the first 90 days.
