GBAvoid like the plague. Reading through the other 1 star reviews it’s all been said. This company is non-responsive and deceptive. Their Local IQ service is for PPC ads. Everything you would expect a qualified agency to do they neglect to do. It’s throw your ad up against the wall and if it’s not getting results they do nothing to improve the performance. That’s the entire point of hiring an agency! Anyone can run an ad that fails. Every aspect I experienced with them was like this. Very unprofessional.

GBA Great Way to Get Started with Paid Advertising Having no prior experience with paid advertising, WordStream was a great place to start. Their team is very responsive and knowledgeable. The software itself is not as "smart" as I had hoped, but the support is top-notch. WordStream is a great alternative to hiring out this type of work if you prefer to manage paid advertising accounts in house.

BGWaste of hard-earned money I was talked into using WordStream's services by a slick sales guy. They certainly didn't live up to the hype. The one-on-one support I was supposed to get never materialized, yet I was charged the full price. On the one call I was provided with, there was dog barking in the background throughout (this was pre-COVID). If you're a start-up like I was trying to make the most of your budget, this is money wasted. Look elsewhere. I exchanged several emails with the company and was offered an extension to the service but no refund. Why would I want to extend the agony of a non-existent service? If you're researching alternative options, move on.
