GBThe Worst Marketing Experience I Did Not Know Was Even Possible... Terrible company and performance, but great salesman working from day 1 to get that contract signed. He promised the world & underdelivered. He said we could opt into spending an extra $75 per campaign to cancel at anytime. After 4 unsuccessful campaigns we decided to cancel. Wordstream / LocaliQ did not deliver on what was promised. We had to file a dispute with our credit card company & put a blocker on this company for not receiving the service promised. Don't walk... RUN from this terrible "fast food" of a marketing company.

GBGood software but poor support Good software but I would not suggest their Plus package. Their consultants are not adding value to the campaigns and they end up asking the same questions to you so you repeat the facts again and again. It took more than a week for their implementation team to make a small change (adding a pixel) so if you are using the software, that is good but think twice for the Plus plan.

GBScam Service! Avoid! Scam Service! Avoid it! They have all the sales team serve you 24*7 until you sign the contract. After that get prepared to suffer from the bad service and you could never expect to cancel your subscription before the next billing. I don't know how they pay for the 5 star rating, all I can say, as a real customer of this company, try your best to avoid it.

GBWe are not having the best experience… We are not having the best experience with Wordstream. We started using the platform for ads however they changed their service to exclude feeds and now we have been directed to another company GODATAFEED who are equally as bad as Wordtream and charging loads more for the same service.We now have campaigns that do not have a feed. Its a total mess and Workstream just keep taking money and not resolving the issue. I cannot currently recommend Wordtsream and you have to book weeks in advance to get to speak to anyone, then if you are unlcky they will cancel a scheduled call at the last minute. Appalling service.

BGWaste of hard-earned money I was talked into using WordStream's services by a slick sales guy. They certainly didn't live up to the hype. The one-on-one support I was supposed to get never materialized, yet I was charged the full price. On the one call I was provided with, there was dog barking in the background throughout (this was pre-COVID). If you're a start-up like I was trying to make the most of your budget, this is money wasted. Look elsewhere. I exchanged several emails with the company and was offered an extension to the service but no refund. Why would I want to extend the agony of a non-existent service? If you're researching alternative options, move on.
