I would give them 0 stars if possible I would give them 0 stars if possible. My advice is to avoid this scam. They just stole my money. When I asked them to send me link of my campaign they sent me some fake picture of I don’t know what. Second time they told me that my campaign is been on October but I paid them on May which makes impossible the campaign to run few months earlier what shows them as stupid liars. Finally, after my insistence for refund I got half of the money I paid. Now I will report them as online scam.

I ran a campaign with them and it was all good in the beginning till my kliken account had some issues and I couldn't make payments anymore. I have spoken to the customer support severally and they keep saying their looking into the matter with no concrete results. Really poor customer service and the billing department is never available

Please refund my money Same issue as the other customers. I paid 160usd to publish my e-commerce on google shopping and they never delivered what promised. Couple of days ago, they send me an automatic message telling me that they cannot publish my products due to "misreprentation". then they proceeded to copy paste to me some rules from google shopping policy pages and that's it. Good service, bad customer support. This service is perfect when everything works. Im earning money by the minute.. But as soon as i run inn to problems the customer service is very bad. My service has been down for 1 month now and i get a mail every other day with tips on how to fix it. Seems like automatic e-mail because the do not answer my questions and do not reply directly.

Even if you realised that you have been scammed, Kliken will not return your money. There are NO CANCELLATION. Not immideate, not in 24 hours, not in 48 hours. Not at all. Instead there is YOUR COMMITMENT for Kliken to charge your account. Until you fill multiple forms, disconnection from Google Merchand Center, send multiple emails to Kliken so called customer Services, NOTHING will work. Total scam and ECWID allows that.
