DEPlease refund my money Same issue as the other customers. I paid 160usd to publish my e-commerce on google shopping and they never delivered what promised. Couple of days ago, they send me an automatic message telling me that they cannot publish my products due to "misreprentation". then they proceeded to copy paste to me some rules from google shopping policy pages and that's it. Please refund my money and please do it now. My request is in ticket #330465

CMGood service but poor customer support Good service but poor customer support. I ran a campaign with them and it was all good in the beginning till my kliken account had some issues and I couldn't make payments anymore. I have spoken to the customer support severally and they keep saying their looking into the matter with no concrete results. Really poor customer service and the billing department is never available

ESI am deeply disappointed with Kliken's… I am deeply disappointed with Kliken's e-commerce campaign services. The campaigns have utterly failed, and an external consultation revealed an irreversible "Misrepresentation" error in my merchant center. Kliken's lack of transparency and poor communication have exacerbated the issue, leaving me in the dark until now. This experience has severely diminished my trust in Kliken, and I advise others to seek more reliable digital marketing services. I hope that, at least, they will process my refund request in ticket #332211 without delays.

PLWhy Ecwid working with rogue Kliken Why Ecwid working with rogue Kliken. When I paid for Google shopping adv, Ecwid didn't even bother to inform me that they work through some Kliken. They took $160 and after one month my conversion rate became terrible due to Kliken. They have broken everything that I built with my hardworking. I had no refund and even no "sorry, we are teams of idio and because of that we destroy everything", nothing like that. Now it is easier to start my shop from the beginning than to improve after mediocrity аnd thif who orginized Kliken.
