I would give them 0 stars if possible I would give them 0 stars if possible. My advice is to avoid this scam. They just stole my money. When I asked them to send me link of my campaign they sent me some fake picture of I don’t know what. Second time they told me that my campaign is been on October but I paid them on May which makes impossible the campaign to run few months earlier what shows them as stupid liars. Finally, after my insistence for refund I got half of the money I paid. Now I will report them as online scam.

From a business person's perspective...How could you name this issue? I have been charged three months for some advertising services, when I found out that none of the ads were circulating in the web. I have only been refunded the money for one month payment. Kliken has just not fail to meet my expectations but also charged me for it and now ignoring my e-mails in which I'm claiming the rest of MY money. How could you call this?

I am deeply disappointed with Kliken's… I am deeply disappointed with Kliken's e-commerce campaign services. The campaigns have utterly failed, and an external consultation revealed an irreversible "Misrepresentation" error in my merchant center. Kliken's lack of transparency and poor communication have exacerbated the issue, leaving me in the dark until now. This experience has severely diminished my trust in Kliken, and I advise others to seek more reliable digital marketing services. I hope that, at least, they will process my refund request in ticket #332211 without delays.

All the information on Google provided by you, but your account CONTROLLED by Kliken. 3. BREAKS international Consumer Law. You CANNOT cancel. Even if you realised that you have been scammed, Kliken will not return your money. There are NO CANCELLATION. Not immideate, not in 24 hours, not in 48 hours. Not at all. Instead there is YOUR COMMITMENT for Kliken to charge your account. Good service but poor customer support Good service but poor customer support. I ran a campaign with them and it was all good in the beginning till my kliken account had some issues and I couldn't make payments anymore. I have spoken to the customer support severally and they keep saying their looking into the matter with no concrete results. Really poor customer service and the billing department is never available
