scam warning for months i kept asking for fixing a bug that made my listings worthless, they keep promising that they wil fix it and also claiming that they have fixed it. but they never did. they just keep collecting the monthly fee. so i canceled and asked for a refund, but did not get it. now i need some invoices for tax purposes but they just reply with a basic reply that they need some time to review the case (what they always say) and then 1 or 2 days later close the ticket, after reopening they just close it . experience date is for the last issue if this is not a scam then they are the most incompetent and you should not work with them edit after request -> you can find my info by ticket number 288821 edit2 : They have finally refunded me and apologised. also they say some people over there will get training to do better. so 1 extra star because they did beter, but only one because it should have not come to this.

From a business person's perspective...How could you name this issue? I have been charged three months for some advertising services, when I found out that none of the ads were circulating in the web. I have only been refunded the money for one month payment. Kliken has just not fail to meet my expectations but also charged me for it and now ignoring my e-mails in which I'm claiming the rest of MY money. How could you call this?

Signed up through ionos, avoid this company. Signed up through ionos. They initially listed some products but google removed almost immediately. They made no attempt to rectify this. When I contacted Google direct they provided me with solutions. Kliken obviously didn't do this or my products could have been listed. After several attempts to contact for refunds and not receiving a reply I finally am told that I'll get my latest bill refunded. Glad that I haven't been signed up for to long. I'd advise against using this company at all. Listings seem automated and customer service is slow. IONOs please consider who you partner with.

Good service, bad customer support. This service is perfect when everything works. Im earning money by the minute.. But as soon as i run inn to problems the customer service is very bad. My service has been down for 1 month now and i get a mail every other day with tips on how to fix it. Seems like automatic e-mail because the do not answer my questions and do not reply directly.

They took $160 and after one month my conversion rate became terrible due to Kliken. They have broken everything that I built with my hardworking. I had no refund and even no "sorry, we are teams of idio and because of that we destroy everything", nothing like that. Now it is easier to start my shop from the beginning than to improve after mediocrity аnd thif who orginized Kliken.
