NLThey are cheating customers They are cheating customers. When I started the campaign, there was standing, that with spending of 380 euro in 60 days you get 380 for free. I started a campaign of 265 euro. But when I did, I didn’t see the promised 380 euro’s anymore, or how to get it. I putted my campaign on hold when there only was spend 160 euro. I did not trust it. But I already had payed the 265 euro. And they did not a refund of the rest of the money. I was thinking this is wasting money. I tried to start the campaign again. But I had to pay for a new account! I did, because I was thinking, I’m losing 100 euro. I thought when I pay the new amount the old campaign will start again. The old campaign stays stopped, so that was losing 100 euro and I didn’t get the promise 380 euro. I had paid 410 euro in 30 days, and is is completely wasting of money. I think this is theft. I hope somebody can help. Because the company isn’t. I will advise people to use google ads, but not wit Kliken. I hope as well that moneybird is quiting with this faking compagny. 19-02-2024 The reaction of Cliken is totaly not true either. I have a copie of the promotion you promised.So what you are saying that Google has to pay it, isn't true. Or the information you provided was misleading. Because it stated on your account that I would get the promotion. At this moment without paying anything, I have the same amount of viewers of my website.

CMGood service but poor customer support Good service but poor customer support. I ran a campaign with them and it was all good in the beginning till my kliken account had some issues and I couldn't make payments anymore. I have spoken to the customer support severally and they keep saying their looking into the matter with no concrete results. Really poor customer service and the billing department is never available

NLscam warning for months i kept asking for fixing a bug that made my listings worthless, they keep promising that they wil fix it and also claiming that they have fixed it. but they never did. they just keep collecting the monthly fee. so i canceled and asked for a refund, but did not get it. now i need some invoices for tax purposes but they just reply with a basic reply that they need some time to review the case (what they always say) and then 1 or 2 days later close the ticket, after reopening they just close it . experience date is for the last issue if this is not a scam then they are the most incompetent and you should not work with them edit after request -> you can find my info by ticket number 288821 edit2 : They have finally refunded me and apologised. also they say some people over there will get training to do better. so 1 extra star because they did beter, but only one because it should have not come to this.

ESFrom a business person's perspective...How could you name this issue? I have been charged three months for some advertising services, when I found out that none of the ads were circulating in the web. I have only been refunded the money for one month payment. Kliken has just not fail to meet my expectations but also charged me for it and now ignoring my e-mails in which I'm claiming the rest of MY money. How could you call this?

ZAVery bad customer service, I have lost $1000 with them Don't go for this company if at all, they just suspended my accounts with $2500 in ads that I paid a few days ago, when I call they say they will refund, I purchased another campaign and another one still for $1300 but now its refunded. we have spend $3000 with them in the past month alone and I'm so frustrated, feel like going to them. feel so helpless, every time I call them, they say they have to escalate the issue etc and you will wait weeks for that. until they sort out my issue, I will come and update but so far, I am very much unhappy with liken.
