ESFrom a business person's perspective...How could you name this issue? I have been charged three months for some advertising services, when I found out that none of the ads were circulating in the web. I have only been refunded the money for one month payment. Kliken has just not fail to meet my expectations but also charged me for it and now ignoring my e-mails in which I'm claiming the rest of MY money. How could you call this?

GBBeware the SCAM Beware the SCAM! DO NOT CONNECT TO KLIKEN 1. Kliken is SCAM. Kliken acts on behalf of GOOGLE, but has NO AGREEMENTS with GOOGLE. If you advertise directly with Google before you would know that you can set up adverts absolutely FREE. Google ask you to set up LIMIT and only charge your account if there was a click on your advert until the limit is reached. Kliken TAKES money for ads and "the limit" BEFORE ANY CLICKS. In fact, Kliken DOES NOT DO any job, YOU DO! Kliken commits to do NOTHING, but makes you to agree by pretending to act on behalf Google. Kliken HAS NO AGREEMENTS with GOOGLE!!!! 2. kliken is FISHING forb your personal information Kliken pretends to be you by OVERTAKING your Google account. All the information on Google provided by you, but your account CONTROLLED by Kliken. 3. BREAKS international Consumer Law. You CANNOT cancel. Even if you realised that you have been scammed, Kliken will not return your money. There are NO CANCELLATION. Not immideate, not in 24 hours, not in 48 hours. Not at all. Instead there is YOUR COMMITMENT for Kliken to charge your account. Until you fill multiple forms, disconnection from Google Merchand Center, send multiple emails to Kliken so called customer Services, NOTHING will work. Total scam and ECWID allows that. I'll report to all the possible UK authorities to try to stop it

ZAVery bad customer service, I have lost $1000 with them Don't go for this company if at all, they just suspended my accounts with $2500 in ads that I paid a few days ago, when I call they say they will refund, I purchased another campaign and another one still for $1300 but now its refunded. we have spend $3000 with them in the past month alone and I'm so frustrated, feel like going to them. feel so helpless, every time I call them, they say they have to escalate the issue etc and you will wait weeks for that. until they sort out my issue, I will come and update but so far, I am very much unhappy with liken.

CMGood service but poor customer support Good service but poor customer support. I ran a campaign with them and it was all good in the beginning till my kliken account had some issues and I couldn't make payments anymore. I have spoken to the customer support severally and they keep saying their looking into the matter with no concrete results. Really poor customer service and the billing department is never available

GBAvoid at all costs Avoid at all costs . I agree to all comments. The below was posted on our twitter account @wildcrop : We host with @ionos_uk ( they themselves used and partner with Kliken.com ). We market our operation with Microsoft @MSFTAdsSupport & @GoogleAds . They both requested which page / address the leads once a successful conversion occured ; none Ionos but mainly Kliken are able to help rejecting each others the responsibility of this reply . My @KlikenMarketing support (#281191) -avoid- finally called with still no solutions after 22 emails with a bot and 5 weeks of bla-bla. We are stuck not being able to give progress and give MS and Google what they need !
