If you advertise directly with Google before you would know that you can set up adverts absolutely FREE. Google ask you to set up LIMIT and only charge your account if there was a click on your advert until the limit is reached. Kliken TAKES money for ads and "the limit" BEFORE ANY CLICKS. In fact, Kliken DOES NOT DO any job, YOU DO! Kliken commits to do NOTHING, but makes you to agree by pretending to act on behalf Google. Kliken HAS NO AGREEMENTS with GOOGLE!!!! 2. kliken is FISHING forb your personal information Kliken pretends to be you by OVERTAKING your Google account. All the information on Google provided by you, but your account CONTROLLED by Kliken. 3. BREAKS international Consumer Law. You CANNOT cancel. Even if you realised that you have been scammed, Kliken will not return your money. There are NO CANCELLATION. Not immideate, not in 24 hours, not in 48 hours. Not at all. Instead there is YOUR COMMITMENT for Kliken to charge your account. Until you fill multiple forms, disconnection from Google Merchand Center, send multiple emails to Kliken so called customer Services, NOTHING will work. Total scam and ECWID allows that. WARNING! WARNING! I have used Kliken for a few months and in the beginning I received quite a lot of clicks, then the clicks plummeted down to basically nothing. I had to call this company many times to have somebody help me optimize my campaign. No help at all, the only answers that I received was ”add more keywords” (Well, I had 50 keywords). I launched a campaign with Google Ads directly and have received the same amount of clicks for one third of the price that I paid Kliken. I called Kliken about a refund: one of their employees said I will receive 100$ as a refund (I canceled my campaign) then a few days later it’s all of a sudden 70$. It is impossible to reach the billing department on phone. They said somebody will email me about the refund. Two days passes: still no email. I call them again. I think I have called this company 5 times in order to receive proper information about the refund: how much will be paid back and when. I received an email from them that said ”refund case is solved” - still no information. I then had to call them again. Remember that I warned you! Please launch a campaign with Google Directly.

scam warning for months i kept asking for fixing a bug that made my listings worthless, they keep promising that they wil fix it and also claiming that they have fixed it. but they never did. they just keep collecting the monthly fee. so i canceled and asked for a refund, but did not get it. now i need some invoices for tax purposes but they just reply with a basic reply that they need some time to review the case (what they always say) and then 1 or 2 days later close the ticket, after reopening they just close it . experience date is for the last issue if this is not a scam then they are the most incompetent and you should not work with them edit after request -> you can find my info by ticket number 288821 edit2 : They have finally refunded me and apologised. also they say some people over there will get training to do better. so 1 extra star because they did beter, but only one because it should have not come to this.

Signed up through ionos, avoid this company. Signed up through ionos. They initially listed some products but google removed almost immediately. They made no attempt to rectify this. When I contacted Google direct they provided me with solutions. Kliken obviously didn't do this or my products could have been listed. After several attempts to contact for refunds and not receiving a reply I finally am told that I'll get my latest bill refunded. Glad that I haven't been signed up for to long. I'd advise against using this company at all. Listings seem automated and customer service is slow. IONOs please consider who you partner with.

From a business person's perspective...How could you name this issue? I have been charged three months for some advertising services, when I found out that none of the ads were circulating in the web. I have only been refunded the money for one month payment. Kliken has just not fail to meet my expectations but also charged me for it and now ignoring my e-mails in which I'm claiming the rest of MY money. How could you call this?
