Please refund my money Same issue as the other customers. I paid 160usd to publish my e-commerce on google shopping and they never delivered what promised. Couple of days ago, they send me an automatic message telling me that they cannot publish my products due to "misreprentation". then they proceeded to copy paste to me some rules from google shopping policy pages and that's it. Why Ecwid working with rogue Kliken Why Ecwid working with rogue Kliken. When I paid for Google shopping adv, Ecwid didn't even bother to inform me that they work through some Kliken. They took $160 and after one month my conversion rate became terrible due to Kliken. They have broken everything that I built with my hardworking. I had no refund and even no "sorry, we are teams of idio and because of that we destroy everything", nothing like that. Now it is easier to start my shop from the beginning than to improve after mediocrity аnd thif who orginized Kliken.

Good service, bad customer support. This service is perfect when everything works. Im earning money by the minute.. But as soon as i run inn to problems the customer service is very bad. My service has been down for 1 month now and i get a mail every other day with tips on how to fix it. Seems like automatic e-mail because the do not answer my questions and do not reply directly.
