scam warning for months i kept asking for fixing a bug that made my listings worthless, they keep promising that they wil fix it and also claiming that they have fixed it. but they never did. they just keep collecting the monthly fee. so i canceled and asked for a refund, but did not get it. now i need some invoices for tax purposes but they just reply with a basic reply that they need some time to review the case (what they always say) and then 1 or 2 days later close the ticket, after reopening they just close it . experience date is for the last issue if this is not a scam then they are the most incompetent and you should not work with them edit after request -> you can find my info by ticket number 288821 edit2 : They have finally refunded me and apologised. also they say some people over there will get training to do better. so 1 extra star because they did beter, but only one because it should have not come to this.

Why Ecwid working with rogue Kliken Why Ecwid working with rogue Kliken. When I paid for Google shopping adv, Ecwid didn't even bother to inform me that they work through some Kliken. They took $160 and after one month my conversion rate became terrible due to Kliken. They have broken everything that I built with my hardworking. I had no refund and even no "sorry, we are teams of idio and because of that we destroy everything", nothing like that. Now it is easier to start my shop from the beginning than to improve after mediocrity аnd thif who orginized Kliken.

We market our operation with Microsoft @MSFTAdsSupport & @GoogleAds . They both requested which page / address the leads once a successful conversion occured ; none Ionos but mainly Kliken are able to help rejecting each others the responsibility of this reply . My @KlikenMarketing support (#281191) -avoid- finally called with still no solutions after 22 emails with a bot and 5 weeks of bla-bla. We are stuck not being able to give progress and give MS and Google what they need !

I would give them 0 stars if possible I would give them 0 stars if possible. My advice is to avoid this scam. They just stole my money. When I asked them to send me link of my campaign they sent me some fake picture of I don’t know what. Second time they told me that my campaign is been on October but I paid them on May which makes impossible the campaign to run few months earlier what shows them as stupid liars. Finally, after my insistence for refund I got half of the money I paid. Now I will report them as online scam.
