Please refund my money Same issue as the other customers. I paid 160usd to publish my e-commerce on google shopping and they never delivered what promised. Couple of days ago, they send me an automatic message telling me that they cannot publish my products due to "misreprentation". then they proceeded to copy paste to me some rules from google shopping policy pages and that's it. Please refund my money and please do it now. My request is in ticket #330465

We market our operation with Microsoft @MSFTAdsSupport & @GoogleAds . They both requested which page / address the leads once a successful conversion occured ; none Ionos but mainly Kliken are able to help rejecting each others the responsibility of this reply . My @KlikenMarketing support (#281191) -avoid- finally called with still no solutions after 22 emails with a bot and 5 weeks of bla-bla. We are stuck not being able to give progress and give MS and Google what they need !

Signed up through ionos, avoid this company. Signed up through ionos. They initially listed some products but google removed almost immediately. They made no attempt to rectify this. When I contacted Google direct they provided me with solutions. Kliken obviously didn't do this or my products could have been listed. After several attempts to contact for refunds and not receiving a reply I finally am told that I'll get my latest bill refunded. Glad that I haven't been signed up for to long. I'd advise against using this company at all. Listings seem automated and customer service is slow. IONOs please consider who you partner with.

All the information on Google provided by you, but your account CONTROLLED by Kliken. 3. BREAKS international Consumer Law. You CANNOT cancel. Even if you realised that you have been scammed, Kliken will not return your money. There are NO CANCELLATION. Not immideate, not in 24 hours, not in 48 hours. Not at all. Instead there is YOUR COMMITMENT for Kliken to charge your account. Until you fill multiple forms, disconnection from Google Merchand Center, send multiple emails to Kliken so called customer Services, NOTHING will work. Total scam and ECWID allows that.
