GBSigned up through ionos, avoid this company. Signed up through ionos. They initially listed some products but google removed almost immediately. They made no attempt to rectify this. When I contacted Google direct they provided me with solutions. Kliken obviously didn't do this or my products could have been listed. After several attempts to contact for refunds and not receiving a reply I finally am told that I'll get my latest bill refunded. Glad that I haven't been signed up for to long. I'd advise against using this company at all. Listings seem automated and customer service is slow. IONOs please consider who you partner with.

GBSupport is a joke - partially works but happy to take your money Only does half the job, it does update Google Merchant with my products from Square, but doesn't seem to bring all the information over correctly - particularly whether an item is in stock or not. I have been messaging back and forth with their "support" team for over 4 months now and am still no further forward. I just get told they have "created a follow-up" to some mystery department. Nothing ever comes of it, I just keep chasing. I was previously using their Google Shopping Ads through them, until Google removed all my products from the sponsored section due to issues with products not being in stock when showing as in stock, hadn't long paid for that months worth of ads. Lost almost all money as Google not showing ads so there was no clicks, Kliken simply kept my money.

GBAbsolutely useless I'd say Absolutely useless I'd say, avoid they are a scam. They tried 6 weeks to try and put my site on Google. Response to queries is very slow, reply every 24 hours. I went somewhere else and was live on Google Shopping within 3 days

NOGood service, bad customer support. This service is perfect when everything works. Im earning money by the minute.. But as soon as i run inn to problems the customer service is very bad. My service has been down for 1 month now and i get a mail every other day with tips on how to fix it. Seems like automatic e-mail because the do not answer my questions and do not reply directly.

SEWARNING! WARNING! I have used Kliken for a few months and in the beginning I received quite a lot of clicks, then the clicks plummeted down to basically nothing. I had to call this company many times to have somebody help me optimize my campaign. No help at all, the only answers that I received was ”add more keywords” (Well, I had 50 keywords). I launched a campaign with Google Ads directly and have received the same amount of clicks for one third of the price that I paid Kliken. I called Kliken about a refund: one of their employees said I will receive 100$ as a refund (I canceled my campaign) then a few days later it’s all of a sudden 70$. It is impossible to reach the billing department on phone. They said somebody will email me about the refund. Two days passes: still no email. I call them again. I think I have called this company 5 times in order to receive proper information about the refund: how much will be paid back and when. I received an email from them that said ”refund case is solved” - still no information. I then had to call them again. Remember that I warned you! Please launch a campaign with Google Directly.
