New updates are great for individual… New updates are great for individual donor landing page. I do struggle when in activities/ contact. When building a report it is hard to find what I want to include. ie name, address, ytd contribution. Seems kind of random and not grouped well. Would be nice if there was a default. Sorry if I am having trouble explaining.

Kindful is dynamic, yet easy to use I've really loved how easy Kindful has made running our online donations. Before it was just a hectic mess of spreadsheets emailed back and forth and now our whole team can be on the same page. The program gives us enough flexibility to build what we need but it is user-friendly enough that all members of our team - despite varying tech capability - can all manage and use the program.

getting ripped off I placed a order on 9/29/23 for a lp tank and used there tracking site, according to tracking site the tank is in and delivered to plainville ct, I live minnesota, tryed to contact them by phone , no answer sent a message on there web site, no answer. so I got ripped off. beware of this company..FYI the company I bought the tank from is called Kindeful not Kindful. Not sure this review got posted for the correct company

System is easy to use and very dynamic System is easy to use and very dynamic. Love all the integrations offered. This way if Kindful doesn't do what we need there is inevitably another platform that does but the systems are still linked. Customer service is 100% the best part. They are extremely responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Definitely one of the biggest selling points after spending a lot of time on other systems with getting very little support

I particularly appreciate the fast and helpful responses to our questions. There are a few things that would make life easier- like formatting thank you letters (and envelopes) and being able to hide data fields we don't use. But we are still learning.
