GBI just find it so very difficult to… I just find it so very difficult to find the reports I want and how to print them. I have a set report to come to me on Monday's, but 1 week it will come in a spreadsheet, the next time it just might be a document. Sometimes it is unreadable as the information is all on top of each other. I also find it difficult to add in new categories.

GBBest for the Price We have been using Kindful for a little more than 2 years. Their donation forms and plug-ins are the best I have seen from any donor CRM. Their user-interface is simple and intuitive. And their service and user-support is very responsive. For the price, you can't find anything better [trust me, I've looked]. Some of their tools need to be supplemented by other platforms, specifically we use an alternate tool for peer-to-peer fundraising. But since they have an open API, we've been able to seamlessly work between multiple platforms to bridge those gaps. The only piece that I really hope they improve soon is their task management/donor forecasting tools. Unless you rely very heavily on moves-management plans for major donors, you can probably work around that.

GBNot as good as what we were told/sold! We purchased Kindful one year ago and I knew this was going to be the answer to our problems. Our salesperson did an excellent job of selling but unfortunately that is where it has ended. It is not user-friendly. It does not work well with Quickbooks. It is not an easy transition or download from an existing product. It is not report friendly. I would actually give it a lower rating except everyone has been so "Kind". The helpdesk is better than average. This transition has been a nightmare and I do not see it getting a lot better. Sorry!

GBNonprofit Our nonprofit has been able to better track and maintain our donor base since we started using Kindful 2+ years ago. There are several facets we haven’t used yet, but we are looking forward to the improvements to our donor management when we have time to implement things we have learned from guides and webinars. Thank you, Kindful! You make my job easier!

GBKindful has been a great tool Kindful has been a great tool for us to use. They are super helpful and great customer service. Their platform is user friendly, and the open API allows our other applications to be useful as well. You have to make sure how the partners work and keep control of duplicate contacts or the CRM can get messy and you have multiples of contacts.
