There are several facets we haven’t used yet, but we are looking forward to the improvements to our donor management when we have time to implement things we have learned from guides and webinars. Bias Agenda This company does not support conservative values. Their platform is designed to accommodate their political views. I would not recommend Kindful due to their bias agenda.

System is easy to use and very dynamic System is easy to use and very dynamic. Love all the integrations offered. This way if Kindful doesn't do what we need there is inevitably another platform that does but the systems are still linked. Customer service is 100% the best part. They are extremely responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Definitely one of the biggest selling points after spending a lot of time on other systems with getting very little support

Kindful has been absolutely essential… Kindful has been absolutely essential for Friends of Kijabe. It pays for itself with the add credit card fee option at checkout. Support is great, plays nicely with other programs. Syncs with quickbooks, though does require diligence to make sure designations and funds are correct. Looking forward to switching to Emma for email sync possibilities.

getting ripped off I placed a order on 9/29/23 for a lp tank and used there tracking site, according to tracking site the tank is in and delivered to plainville ct, I live minnesota, tryed to contact them by phone , no answer sent a message on there web site, no answer. so I got ripped off. beware of this company..FYI the company I bought the tank from is called Kindeful not Kindful. Not sure this review got posted for the correct company
