GBI love that Kindful has responsive… I love that Kindful has responsive support and their developers are responsive to queries and updates. I'm still struggling with reporting, acknowledgement and third party integration features even after almost a year. Since my background is technical this seems more an issue with the product but could also be I just don't have enough time in my day to become that expert on Kindful. However, my impression is it was supposed to be "easy" to use. That being said, it is getting better with some current improvements.

GBWould not correct our database integration … Would not correct our integration for our database. Their explanation of the process was poor, I reached out because I didn't understand and received a basic, read it again response, I downloaded my database to the best of my understanding, needless to say it was wrong, I couldn't run correct reports, I spent a lot of time with one of the techs trying to fix it, after a month, they had "Fixed it" and when I went in, it was still very wrong. I reached out again and told them my only solution was to truly start all over again with the process, wipe everything out and start over. They refused to do this and then I wanted to terminate and they wouldn't refund any of our money. It was a very long and inconvenient process and I went back to my old database and will not renew with them. The whole purpose of a database is have correct information, if you can't work with me until it is correct, then that defeats the purpose.

GBWe received customized service due to our... Our initial transfer of data was rocky but the Kindful team did all they could to help us make the transition as smooth as possible. We received customized service due to our own particular problems and it was very appreciated. Lots of back and forth with the customer service people and now, a year and a half later, we rarely, if ever need help. So pleased with our decision!

GBI just find it so very difficult to… I just find it so very difficult to find the reports I want and how to print them. I have a set report to come to me on Monday's, but 1 week it will come in a spreadsheet, the next time it just might be a document. Sometimes it is unreadable as the information is all on top of each other. I also find it difficult to add in new categories.

GBWe've been with Kindful for a year now We've been with Kindful for a year now. Their CRM software has helped us be more efficient and up our game. They are always coming out with useful improvements. Their webinars are helpful not only in using their software but also in enhancing how your business is run. It's clear, their goal is to make each organization the best it can be.
