GBKindful has been a great tool Kindful has been a great tool for us to use. They are super helpful and great customer service. Their platform is user friendly, and the open API allows our other applications to be useful as well. You have to make sure how the partners work and keep control of duplicate contacts or the CRM can get messy and you have multiples of contacts.

GBNew updates are great for individual… New updates are great for individual donor landing page. I do struggle when in activities/ contact. When building a report it is hard to find what I want to include. ie name, address, ytd contribution. Seems kind of random and not grouped well. Would be nice if there was a default. Sorry if I am having trouble explaining.

GBSystem is easy to use and very dynamic System is easy to use and very dynamic. Love all the integrations offered. This way if Kindful doesn't do what we need there is inevitably another platform that does but the systems are still linked. Customer service is 100% the best part. They are extremely responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Definitely one of the biggest selling points after spending a lot of time on other systems with getting very little support

GBI just find it so very difficult to… I just find it so very difficult to find the reports I want and how to print them. I have a set report to come to me on Monday's, but 1 week it will come in a spreadsheet, the next time it just might be a document. Sometimes it is unreadable as the information is all on top of each other. I also find it difficult to add in new categories.

GBWould not correct our database integration … Would not correct our integration for our database. Their explanation of the process was poor, I reached out because I didn't understand and received a basic, read it again response, I downloaded my database to the best of my understanding, needless to say it was wrong, I couldn't run correct reports, I spent a lot of time with one of the techs trying to fix it, after a month, they had "Fixed it" and when I went in, it was still very wrong. I reached out again and told them my only solution was to truly start all over again with the process, wipe everything out and start over. They refused to do this and then I wanted to terminate and they wouldn't refund any of our money. It was a very long and inconvenient process and I went back to my old database and will not renew with them. The whole purpose of a database is have correct information, if you can't work with me until it is correct, then that defeats the purpose.
