Used for sending spam. I receive spam from companies using their service. I've been able to prove this over and over. When reporting abuse, Mailchimp will just mark it "resolved" without ever commenting on the fact. They're more or less impossible to get in contact with, specially when dealing with abuse claims. They end their automated emails with "We look forward to hearing from you soon.", but if you reply it will just make a new request leading to another automated email. Getting any actual contact with MailChimp is impossible. I have waited for almost two weeks ...

WILL NOT TURN OFF RECURRING BILLING AFTER MULTIPLE REQUESTS. WILL NOT TURN OFF RECURRING BILLING AFTER MULTIPLE REQUESTS. I’ve been trying to get this POS company to stop my recurring billing for 4 months, and they won’t even respond to my emails. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re the subject of a class action lawsuit in the future because of their deceptive practices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Below Zero Rating: zero. The absolute WORST. The site constantly crashes (yes, even after cleaning history, etc). And the crashes don't save the work... so I have to start all over A LOT. I have dozens of screenshot receipts. Avoid at all costs.

An absolut disaster Created a campaign and wanted to get used to the system so I send the more or less blank e-mail to only one person, my co-founder. The mail somehow never reached us but the customer service did... just to tell us that our company is now blocked because my colleague didn't "Opt in" receiving the mail... After explaining the case to the CS, they informed me that they've "thoroughly" reviewed the situation and that I'm welcomed to use a competitor because mailchimp continues to block us. What the actual fk?
