They used to be top before 2 years but… They used to be top before 2 years but not anymore. I am trying to regain access to my account, I have activated a 2FA with my old number and all the codes go to this one. I have contacted support more than 7 times, but they ignored my emails (I got a reply after 8-9 days), still waiting for a solution for over 4 months now...

SCAMMERS They asked me to call them on a American number. Now I have a phone bil of 50 euros... For calling there customer service ?? Absolute scam and unproffesional people.

An absolut disaster Created a campaign and wanted to get used to the system so I send the more or less blank e-mail to only one person, my co-founder. The mail somehow never reached us but the customer service did... just to tell us that our company is now blocked because my colleague didn't "Opt in" receiving the mail... After explaining the case to the CS, they informed me that they've "thoroughly" reviewed the situation and that I'm welcomed to use a competitor because mailchimp continues to block us. What the actual fk?
