FRThis is a rip-off. The interface is terribly slow. But the worst part is the billing. It fluctuates every month so you never know how much you will pay. Also, the prices keep increasing and they charge you even more for "additional block" without warning. They do not act swiftly to reduce the billing amount when you downgrade your plan. This is a rip-off.

USMailchimp is a rip off! Mailchimp used to be great but they have raised their prices over the years and are not only overpriced they have horrible support. I changed providers and they kept charging me even after I had zero contacts they kept charging me for 12,000 / month which is over $200/month. They are a total rip off even if you don't send any emails you have to "pay for your contacts" which they are probably selling anyway. Not to be trusted and not worth the crazy fees!!! I had to make a dispute with my credit card company as they keep trying to charge me even after archiving all my contacts.

DEAn absolut disaster Created a campaign and wanted to get used to the system so I send the more or less blank e-mail to only one person, my co-founder. The mail somehow never reached us but the customer service did... just to tell us that our company is now blocked because my colleague didn't "Opt in" receiving the mail... After explaining the case to the CS, they informed me that they've "thoroughly" reviewed the situation and that I'm welcomed to use a competitor because mailchimp continues to block us. What the actual fk?

GBAbsolutely scam company Absolutely scam company, they have billed me £23000 for add-on based for the last 3 months highest peak of my subscribers and they want this money for the next month to be paid which I'm currently i have only 200 subscibers in my account ? They have increased my plan silently without anynotification at all. They charge per email subscriber or sent an email (whichever is highest)

FRThieves These guys are trying to get your money by any means possible. They charge for everything, non-transparently. They make it almost impossible to downgrade, or cancel your account. What do you mean I can only downgrade to the Free plan only once in my lifetime?
