FRThis is a rip-off. The interface is terribly slow. But the worst part is the billing. It fluctuates every month so you never know how much you will pay. Also, the prices keep increasing and they charge you even more for "additional block" without warning. They do not act swiftly to reduce the billing amount when you downgrade your plan. This is a rip-off.

DEThey used to be top before 2 years but… They used to be top before 2 years but not anymore. I am trying to regain access to my account, I have activated a 2FA with my old number and all the codes go to this one. I have contacted support more than 7 times, but they ignored my emails (I got a reply after 8-9 days), still waiting for a solution for over 4 months now...

IETerrible company!! I signed up for Mailchimp through Wix, when I logged into the Mailchimp website it proceeded to say I had a free plan still and services had been paused. I reached out to mailchimp 4 times over 5 days and received and email to say, ya we checked you don't have an account, ticket has been closed! Literally no effort what so ever! Terrible communication, wouldn't recommend thos company at all, I'd rather pay more to another company!!

AMHorrible customer service Horrible customer service, horrible abuse-prevention system that "detects" abusive words which do not exist. I was about to send a marketing email for engineering services which turned out to be abusive. The poor customer representative asked me to export/remove my data from Mailchimp.
