Thieves These guys are trying to get your money by any means possible. They charge for everything, non-transparently. They make it almost impossible to downgrade, or cancel your account. What do you mean I can only downgrade to the Free plan only once in my lifetime?

I sold my business in 2022 and gave… I sold my business in 2022 and gave every login to the new owners. They did not update the card information so I got stuck with the bill for over a year. I requested a new card and it was still charging me! It took me months to cancel because they said we can not cancel the card without the last 4 OF MY OLD CARD. They can see the account but without the card number they can not cancel it. Now I'm stuck dealing with this with my bank and hundreds of dollars out of my pocket. Do not use.

Absolutely scam company Absolutely scam company, they have billed me £23000 for add-on based for the last 3 months highest peak of my subscribers and they want this money for the next month to be paid which I'm currently i have only 200 subscibers in my account ? They have increased my plan silently without anynotification at all. They charge per email subscriber or sent an email (whichever is highest)

I’ve been trying to get this POS company to stop my recurring billing for 4 months, and they won’t even respond to my emails. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re the subject of a class action lawsuit in the future because of their deceptive practices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Below Zero Rating: zero. The absolute WORST. The site constantly crashes (yes, even after cleaning history, etc). And the crashes don't save the work... so I have to start all over A LOT. I have dozens of screenshot receipts. Avoid at all costs.
