GBBelow Zero Rating: zero. The absolute WORST. The site constantly crashes (yes, even after cleaning history, etc). And the crashes don't save the work... so I have to start all over A LOT. I have dozens of screenshot receipts. Avoid at all costs.

AMHorrible customer service Horrible customer service, horrible abuse-prevention system that "detects" abusive words which do not exist. I was about to send a marketing email for engineering services which turned out to be abusive. The poor customer representative asked me to export/remove my data from Mailchimp.

DEThey used to be top before 2 years but… They used to be top before 2 years but not anymore. I am trying to regain access to my account, I have activated a 2FA with my old number and all the codes go to this one. I have contacted support more than 7 times, but they ignored my emails (I got a reply after 8-9 days), still waiting for a solution for over 4 months now...

FRThieves These guys are trying to get your money by any means possible. They charge for everything, non-transparently. They make it almost impossible to downgrade, or cancel your account. What do you mean I can only downgrade to the Free plan only once in my lifetime?
