This lead provider started out strong This lead provider started out strong. I was closing every other transfer but it did not last long. A month later and I am still paying $60 + for single line auto policy $350 in premium that lapse when the first payment returns. All recent leads have no prior or 1 month prior or something that obviously makes them ineligible. Guess what??? Not refundable since They say the prospect told them they had prior coverage. Asking if they've ever been insured before is not the same as, do you have 6 months of uninterrupted coverage?

First 60 days were very good and… First 60 days were very good and helpful with Rachel, now that we've been passed on to a new account rep we realize it's a complete scam. Leads were averaging just under $47 per live transfer and now we are only getting occasional leads for nearly $80 and almost everyone has been an inbred. The transfer reps work on commission and are enticed to transfer any living organism that puts out a pulse. We have not seen the purpose of our new account manager other than to tell us refunds are not within the ToS. We have moved on as a result as should you and your agency if you're looking for a quality live transfer service.

Tried this service for the first time… Tried this service for the first time and it was clear the quality of people they sent my way where all high risk - more than half did not meet the filter criteria that was agreed upon - the issue I found was once you have signed up they will through the world at you and then you have to fight with them to get your money back because they sent you bogus prospects. They just proved to me that purchasing leads is doing business with a vendors that scam you with desperate people attempting to find cheap insurance. Besides if folks are shopping on price only - you will loose them next price increase -

Worst Company for live transfers Worst Company for live transfers! They have ads that misrepresent future clients by offering ads that say (YOU CAN GET $20 for $100k Coverage) and, the clients 73 years old. Very unethical company, and just pure degusting. They use unethical ads, and don't refund there customers for getting people they cant help due to their ads. They lie, and there bidding system is pure fraud. They make you keep bidding higher and higher to the point its over $100 dollars per call.

After using this company on and off for… After using this company on and off for 5 years I have said goodbye! As Datalot grows the quality of leads and the quality of customer support has become pathetic!! I sent a few emails over a month ago to the director of sales here in Florida and still have not received a reply!
