First 60 days were very good and… First 60 days were very good and helpful with Rachel, now that we've been passed on to a new account rep we realize it's a complete scam. Leads were averaging just under $47 per live transfer and now we are only getting occasional leads for nearly $80 and almost everyone has been an inbred. The transfer reps work on commission and are enticed to transfer any living organism that puts out a pulse. We have not seen the purpose of our new account manager other than to tell us refunds are not within the ToS. We have moved on as a result as should you and your agency if you're looking for a quality live transfer service.

I kept raising my price until I finally got anybody and it was costing $120 per lead and most were bordering on homeless or drug addicts. My rep told me that because of my 'filters' I would have less leads, even though he stated that it should be higher during our onboarding. In the end, the only real filter I have is that they are not with a terminal illness. Kathleen Shugg sends generic emails pretending to care and asks how she can help. However, when I reach out with concerns she simply states that she cannot really help. Total scam of a company. I even messaged the founders on LinkedIn to see if they would defend the company's actions. They never responded.

Every lead I have received has been on SSI income or no job at all. There bidding system is very suspect based on the other agencies I have spoken with. I have been using leads for years and this is by far the most suspect service in my opinion.

Very unethical company Very unethical company, they lie to you about lead qualifications and send you very low intent leads that have NOT been screened properly. They just worry about emptying your bank account. Agents I have never not made an ROI with my leads until I ran into DATALOT, STAY AWAY

As Datalot grows the quality of leads and the quality of customer support has become pathetic!! I sent a few emails over a month ago to the director of sales here in Florida and still have not received a reply!
