GBUnfortunately I could not rate this… Unfortunately I could not rate this without a star! Datalot sucks! I'm an insurance producer and was referred to this company for what I believe now was so that they could get an extra $100 for the referral. We paid $1000. What a rip off! Take your money someplace else. I'm in Northern California and all calls were coming from Southern California. They said they were going to fix several times and then I ended up getting no calls at all. The filtering is a joke! I was told if i paid top dollar for quotes $25 to $50 a lead I would get the best leads but what i get is a person who really did not want a quote to begin with or they have DUI, SR22, accidents and tickets, for life insurance, people that had medical issues, smokers and elderly people. Don't waste your time with this company they will tell you one thing in the beginning and what you end up with is totally different.

GBQuality of Live Transfers Has Gone Downhill Quality of Live Transfers has gone downhill and, yet, cost per lead has gone up. I was warned about this happening with Datalot by other former users. For the first 60 days you have an on boarding account manager, which worked out well. Bogus live transfers (immediately hung up, mentally incompetent, etc.) were immediately refunded by them. Now that we have been using them for 60+ days we get transferred to a new account manager and most replies are about how they cannot help with a refund or that they are beyond the scope of what is refundable because the lead "passed" the questioning with a customer support rep. How ironic that Datalot doesn't seem to mind billing for ANY live transfer with a pulse, but the moment we ask for a refund on a bad lead it outside the terms of service. If Datalot wants to keep their clients then it might be prudent to weigh what value they bring to their business revenues. An occasional refund for a completely bogus lead shouldn't be such a hassle. Rather, it should be considered essential for quality customer service.

GBVery unethical company Very unethical company, they lie to you about lead qualifications and send you very low intent leads that have NOT been screened properly. They just worry about emptying your bank account. Agents I have never not made an ROI with my leads until I ran into DATALOT, STAY AWAY

GBAfter using this company on and off for… After using this company on and off for 5 years I have said goodbye! As Datalot grows the quality of leads and the quality of customer support has become pathetic!! I sent a few emails over a month ago to the director of sales here in Florida and still have not received a reply!

GBBuyerZone was an okay lead system… BuyerZone was an okay lead system hitting 10% of the time. It was purchased by Business.com and rebranded Datalot. Datlot has provided ZERO 0% actual leads. What a WASTE of my licensed professionals time and WHEN these leads are not Quickly disqualified, the cost is HUGE. $50 - $100 per some leads. The service is worthless and costly to moral, time and our payroll dollars.... in our opinion.
