Burning Dollars Step 1. Simply take your money and place it in a trash can outside of your office. Step 2. Add generous amount of gas. Step 3. Throw match into the trash can. Step 4. Enjoy. The customer service was generally good, however the quality of the leads was terrible. We have had better success using xdates which we have purchased for pennies compared to 30 dollars for DataLot. Many of the leads were not qualified properly and some seemed confused as to why were connected. Long story short, enjoy burning your money.

Don’t use datalot... Datalot is as good as calling out of a telephone book. They have commission sales people setting appointments to make a commission and they put anybody they can on the phone with you. You can do better calling straight out of the phone book for free. I’ve been very successful in the sales business for 35 years and I’ve experienced bad leads… This is worse. Don’t use them ... give your money to a charity. Don’t donate to a bad company. Denise Sluman was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.

BuyerZone was an okay lead system… BuyerZone was an okay lead system hitting 10% of the time. It was purchased by Business.com and rebranded Datalot. Datlot has provided ZERO 0% actual leads. What a WASTE of my licensed professionals time and WHEN these leads are not Quickly disqualified, the cost is HUGE. $50 - $100 per some leads. The service is worthless and costly to moral, time and our payroll dollars.... in our opinion.

This company was great when it first… This company was great when it first started. Now you are bidding a high amount for leads and they create a 1 pager that they have given new farmers agents setting unrealistic expectations in my area. My average call costs $70 and the quality is not as good as it once was. They have also are difficult on their return policy even though they might send you a mobile home or something that isn't related to your campaign. The only reason I am giving 3 stars and not less is because I have had a decent conversion ratio (25%) This is good if you already have an established agency with 2 Million in premium. If you know how to generate your own leads organically it might cost you less.

Customer service is Great I will give… Customer service is Great I will give them that. The sales people make great promises that don't show up in the quality of calls. The calls are the lowest quality of calls that I have seen yet. Most of the customers you cant understand or they think there getting 40k in free insurance. I was paying $101.00 for a lot of the calls and you get somebody on the phone that cant even hold a conversation. Ten calls not one person worth a $5.00 lead...
