Great communication and A* customer… Great communication and A* customer service 👏 😊✨️ I have made x3 purchases of 22momme silk pillowcases for myself and a further x2 purchases for my daughter and niece of silk pillowcases also. I can confirm they are indeed of beautiful quality. My 1st time ever using silk pillowcases and honestly I'll never be able to go back to cotton again. I have tested a strand with fire 🔥 and the burn was just like human hair being singed and turns to Ash. You can also tell its real silk by looking at the pillowcases in different lights and the beautiful soft feeling of the silk. They don't slip either. I have 100% down pillows and they fit the pillowcases perfectly. I absolutely love love love them ❤️🙌😊 They are made very well indeed. I bought the zippered ones and find no fault whatsoever. I will defo be getting more in different colours for myself and more for my other daughter and nieces for Christmas. They are exceptional value for money compared to other companies prices for the exact same product. I really can't rave about them enough. If you are hesitant then don't be as they truly are perfect. I did a lot of research into silk pillowcases before buying from mommesilk and I'm delighted I found them and went ahead with my orders. AVOID this company at all costs!! We received the couples PJ silk set as a Wedding gift, sizes were not correct so contacted to exchange for correct size. What should have been a very simple commercial exchange, has become a drawn out complicated process over several months, we still have not received any replacement sizes and customer service is ABYSMAL. This all makes a lot more sense now after reading the below review- 18th Sept 2023. This was obviously gifted to us, however this exchange would put me off ever ordering from them directly or recommending. I would do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs, plenty of other beautiful silk provider alternatives out there.

Customer service was excellent Customer service was excellent. They helped me with the return process when the fit of one set of pajamas was not quite right. They expedited a replacement set which was just right. Very high quality product. Extremely happy with my purchases.

I ordered two envelope pillowcases I ordered two envelope pillowcases. Good quality and well made. Colour bright coffee was nice, the only thing was they took longer than expected to arrive, and the presentation boxes the cases came in were damaged, so could not give as a gift. The label states 100% silk, they feel like silk but they don’t have the smell of silk like my other pillowcases have. Overall good value for money.

Good quality real silk, literally tested with fire. Good quality real silk, passed the burn test. I ordered a pajama set and was in doubt whether it was really 'real' silk as the package declared 'polyester'. I don't know if it was to avoid higher taxes but it set me off. So I did the burn test. I found the place on the pajama where two fabrics were sown together and had some threads loose, I cut them and burnt them. They didn't burn when the flame was removed, they smelled like human hair on fire and didn't melt into a mush as polyester does but crumbled into pile of ashes. Well done, Mommesilk! I only give 4 stars and not 5 as the pajama pilled slightly after the 1 wash and I handwashed it myself with the special silk detergent. The pilling is minimal though and only visible on dark fabric. It's worth the money and I am ordering pillow cases.
