I received the wrong size but was given the return shipping address and assured I’d receive the replacement in time. My niece received the replacement and said the chemise is perfect. Very ooor quality Very poor quality, I ordered One silk pillow when arrived was not filled in the corners. It was very hard ! Also two silk pillow cases, I’m unsure if these are 100% silk! They are very shiny and feel like cheap satin. I’ve been intouch on several occasions to custom service as I wanted to return . Unfortunately, they respond with the same message, which doesn’t help because their returns app is faulty, every time I enter the order number and email address, it will not proceed to the next stage which means I can not process the return label. Very Frustrating! I will definitely never order from this company ever again. Don’t be fooled… they are scammers! Be warned!

Excellent customer service, deliveries have been timely. Drawbacks: lack of more choices of color for PJs and there are only a few blouses offered for clothing.
