Great! Ordered silk pillowcases and a silk turban in the sale and got a free silk scrunchie. Very happy with the quality, real silk and packaged really well. Was also very happy with customer service, they were really quick and helpful as had an issue with the courier. Would buy from them again.

I ordered a silk nightgown but the… I ordered a silk nightgown but the customs declaration states 100% polyester. So I am very confused with what I have bought. The nightgown arrived in a very poor state - very creased which leads me to believe it us indeed polyester rather than silk.

I can confirm they are indeed of beautiful quality. My 1st time ever using silk pillowcases and honestly I'll never be able to go back to cotton again. I have tested a strand with fire 🔥 and the burn was just like human hair being singed and turns to Ash. You can also tell its real silk by looking at the pillowcases in different lights and the beautiful soft feeling of the silk. They don't slip either. I have 100% down pillows and they fit the pillowcases perfectly. I absolutely love love love them ❤️🙌😊 They are made very well indeed. I bought the zippered ones and find no fault whatsoever. I will defo be getting more in different colours for myself and more for my other daughter and nieces for Christmas. They are exceptional value for money compared to other companies prices for the exact same product. I really can't rave about them enough. If you are hesitant then don't be as they truly are perfect. AVOID AT ALL COST AVOID AT ALL COST! I was searching for 100% silk sleeping bonnet came across site and placed order. Sadly I didn’t not read reviews on this company or items BEFORE PLACING ORDER! this company has many negative reviews on Amazon and on several other platforms For starting a their silk items are advertised as 100% mulberry silk. This is not true it is a silk blend mixed with a nylon polyester Mattel. That is not what genuine 100 mulberry silk is. Real silk when you hold a thread to a flame turns to ash and will not hold a flame. This holds a flame and material will curl and ball up. The tried and true test of real silk for artificial silk. So most importantly this is false advertising Second this company is a china based company. All fake silk products are made and shipped direct from china to you. I did not know this nor care for this because it leads me to my second point THERE IS NO CUATOMER SERVICE. I have emailed and sent chat messages over 10 in total with no reply to anything. After reading all negative reviews on actual product being a lie to no customer care. I immediately asked for my order to be canceled and refunded What did they do NO REPLY TO ANY MESSAGES AND SHIPPED THE ORDER. The order of fake silk bonnets. Lol this is why I don’t like buying items fro China. They are almost always falsely advertised lying to customer with no customer care I will be taking up with my social media platforms, all review sites, my payment source and possible to report them to dept of online merchantile affairs which handles laws pertaining to selling online PLEASE AVOID THIS COMONAY
