Great! Ordered silk pillowcases and a silk turban in the sale and got a free silk scrunchie. Very happy with the quality, real silk and packaged really well. Was also very happy with customer service, they were really quick and helpful as had an issue with the courier. Would buy from them again.

AVOID AT ALL COST AVOID AT ALL COST! I was searching for 100% silk sleeping bonnet came across site and placed order. Sadly I didn’t not read reviews on this company or items BEFORE PLACING ORDER! this company has many negative reviews on Amazon and on several other platforms For starting a their silk items are advertised as 100% mulberry silk. This is not true it is a silk blend mixed with a nylon polyester Mattel. That is not what genuine 100 mulberry silk is. Real silk when you hold a thread to a flame turns to ash and will not hold a flame. This holds a flame and material will curl and ball up. The tried and true test of real silk for artificial silk. So most importantly this is false advertising Second this company is a china based company. All fake silk products are made and shipped direct from china to you. I did not know this nor care for this because it leads me to my second point THERE IS NO CUATOMER SERVICE. I have emailed and sent chat messages over 10 in total with no reply to anything. After reading all negative reviews on actual product being a lie to no customer care. I immediately asked for my order to be canceled and refunded What did they do NO REPLY TO ANY MESSAGES AND SHIPPED THE ORDER. The order of fake silk bonnets. Lol this is why I don’t like buying items fro China. They are almost always falsely advertised lying to customer with no customer care I will be taking up with my social media platforms, all review sites, my payment source and possible to report them to dept of online merchantile affairs which handles laws pertaining to selling online PLEASE AVOID THIS COMONAY

AVOID this company at all costs!! We received the couples PJ silk set as a Wedding gift, sizes were not correct so contacted to exchange for correct size. What should have been a very simple commercial exchange, has become a drawn out complicated process over several months, we still have not received any replacement sizes and customer service is ABYSMAL. This all makes a lot more sense now after reading the below review- 18th Sept 2023. This was obviously gifted to us, however this exchange would put me off ever ordering from them directly or recommending. I would do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs, plenty of other beautiful silk provider alternatives out there.

Very ooor quality Very poor quality, I ordered One silk pillow when arrived was not filled in the corners. It was very hard ! Also two silk pillow cases, I’m unsure if these are 100% silk! They are very shiny and feel like cheap satin. I’ve been intouch on several occasions to custom service as I wanted to return . Unfortunately, they respond with the same message, which doesn’t help because their returns app is faulty, every time I enter the order number and email address, it will not proceed to the next stage which means I can not process the return label. Very Frustrating! I will definitely never order from this company ever again. Don’t be fooled… they are scammers! Be warned!
