Excellent customer service, deliveries have been timely. Drawbacks: lack of more choices of color for PJs and there are only a few blouses offered for clothing.

I'm obsessed! I am so pleased with my experience with Mommesilk! I've been wanting real silk pillowcases for a while, but anything I found was either out of budget or not made from real silk. I found Mommesilk and decided I'd give them a try. Their shipping was fast and their products came packaged with care. I've been sleeping on my new silk pillowcases every night for the past month and I don't think I'll ever go back to cotton. My skin and hair look better than ever and the only thing that has changed in my routine is the addition of these beautiful pillowcases! Next on my list is to get a set of bedsheets so I can feel the luxury of Mommesilk all over!

Do not buy customer service is bad like the product I bought a £43 single pillow and after 2-3 weeks the quality just gave up. I followed the correct washing guidelines and this company refused to do anything about it. Highly dissatisfied

Sadly I didn’t not read reviews on this company or items BEFORE PLACING ORDER! this company has many negative reviews on Amazon and on several other platforms For starting a their silk items are advertised as 100% mulberry silk. This is not true it is a silk blend mixed with a nylon polyester Mattel. That is not what genuine 100 mulberry silk is. Real silk when you hold a thread to a flame turns to ash and will not hold a flame. This holds a flame and material will curl and ball up. The tried and true test of real silk for artificial silk. So most importantly this is false advertising Second this company is a china based company. All fake silk products are made and shipped direct from china to you. I did not know this nor care for this because it leads me to my second point THERE IS NO CUATOMER SERVICE. I have emailed and sent chat messages over 10 in total with no reply to anything. After reading all negative reviews on actual product being a lie to no customer care. I immediately asked for my order to be canceled and refunded What did they do NO REPLY TO ANY MESSAGES AND SHIPPED THE ORDER. The order of fake silk bonnets. Lol this is why I don’t like buying items fro China. I ordered a silk nightgown but the… I ordered a silk nightgown but the customs declaration states 100% polyester. So I am very confused with what I have bought. The nightgown arrived in a very poor state - very creased which leads me to believe it us indeed polyester rather than silk.
