CAPILLUS IS A SCAM Bought their Capillus Pro (internationally) from one of their international resellers. After x months of using - it stopped working. Talked to customer support - they have been insisting for me to call - but I live abroad. After a lot of back and forths, they recommended for me to buy the replacement battery pack. But then there was an issue in checking out because it states in their website that shipping to where I live (Hong Kong) is not available. After another round of back and forths with Customer Support, I was able to purchase. However, after a few days - they cancelled my order. They told me to use Paypal instead when checking out. When I was trying to checkout, the international shipping isn’t available again. After a few emails to their CS with no reply, I noticed that the product is no longer available!!!! I’ve been emailing them, telling them abouT this and they just kept telling me to checkout via Paypal??? LIKE HOW, THE PRODUCT IS NOW SOLD OUT!!!! THIS IS A SCAM GUYS. DO. NOT. PURCHASE. !!!!!

Update on my review … I have written a review about Cappillus already I think it’s below this one. I was looking back at a few reviews and Cappillus haven’t answered any reviews on Trustpilot since 2020!!!! They still haven’t contacted me about my hat……Shambles of a company!!!!!! I REPEAT AGAIN BUYER BEWARE!

Purchased in june 2019 at that time… Purchased in june 2019 at that time return policy was use a full 365 days if not satisfied return for 100% refund including return mailing expenses. Yesterday called to start return, agent said not returned 'within' 1 yr no refund, tried to explain not policy when I purchased. But she dismissed me. I ask to appeal and she said someone would call but of course did not happen

No replacement batteries for a $1500 device My wife uses the Capillus pro for several years and her hair has indeed gotten fuller; so it may actually work. However, I just had a useless conversation with "support" about getting a new V4.3 battery, only to be told that it is discontinued. Seriously, a simple battery for a $1500 device cannot be kept available. That is lousy and people should think twice before getting involved with this company

I never thought this would work so… I never thought this would work so well. My hair loss stopped and all of the weakened hair seems to be thickening. I am trying to regain the frontal hair and it is looking very optimistic. None of the topical or the pills showed any success so I will definitely continue using it. I will try to keep everyone updated if I see any further success. If you have not seen progress with other treatment, I highly recommend trying it.
