GBUpdate on my review … I have written a review about Cappillus already I think it’s below this one. I was looking back at a few reviews and Cappillus haven’t answered any reviews on Trustpilot since 2020!!!! They still haven’t contacted me about my hat……Shambles of a company!!!!!! I REPEAT AGAIN BUYER BEWARE!

USTerrible company Terrible company. I'm an electrical engineer. For them not to have a battery pack available for a working product is insane. Greed. Pure greed. I will NEVER do business with this sorry company again. I will figure out a workaround.

USNo replacement batteries for a $1500 device My wife uses the Capillus pro for several years and her hair has indeed gotten fuller; so it may actually work. However, I just had a useless conversation with "support" about getting a new V4.3 battery, only to be told that it is discontinued. Seriously, a simple battery for a $1500 device cannot be kept available. That is lousy and people should think twice before getting involved with this company

USI never thought this would work so… I never thought this would work so well. My hair loss stopped and all of the weakened hair seems to be thickening. I am trying to regain the frontal hair and it is looking very optimistic. None of the topical or the pills showed any success so I will definitely continue using it. I will try to keep everyone updated if I see any further success. If you have not seen progress with other treatment, I highly recommend trying it.

USI purchased the Cappillius Pro laser… I purchased the Cappillius Pro laser cap. I used it for three weeks and noticed I had a splitting headache every time I used it, which lingered all day (and I normally never get headaches). They state on the website that there are no side effects, but I beg to differ. I even discovered that the FDA received a complaint about the same thing as early as 2016. Although I am within the 30 day window to return it, Cappillius is making it difficult to do just that. BEWARE.
