scam company, never ships then says its delivered Wow, I wish I had checked the reviews of this company before I bought and now regret buying from them, then I wouldn't have bought. There's a reason they have thousands of terrible terrible reviews. They didn't ship the products for weeks, then never sent the tracking, then all a sudden they said the products supposedly arrived even though it never did. It's been years since I "lost" a package, I don't believe this company ever intended to deliver the shipment to me. Good thing my credit card company just took the charge right off, othewise I would have been scammed by Capillus like they scammed many others that have left verified reviews here. what a BS company.

I guess it meets expectations.. I guess it meets expectations... - if it works. Otherwise, it seems to be thoughtfully designed & produced. However , I feel that the power source to hat may have been better conceived. Have difficulty sometimes pushing the connectors together close enough to enable securing with screw cap. (And I know to match the arrows)

Terrible company Terrible company. I'm an electrical engineer. For them not to have a battery pack available for a working product is insane. Greed. Pure greed. I will NEVER do business with this sorry company again. I will figure out a workaround.

Decent results but overpriced and warranty sucks I just had to pay $80 to have a replacement battery and charger shipped after only 18 months of using this laser cap. For $3,000 I expected better longevity and customer service on it. Heck for that price they should throw in a lifetime warranty on all parts. I've bought cars for less than this cap. So, I'm disappointed to say the least and would consider other much less expensive competitors. Having said all that, I did notice some regrowth of hair around my temples after 3-6 months of daily use and a general thickening. So it gets a mixed review from me.

CAPILLUS IS A SCAM Bought their Capillus Pro (internationally) from one of their international resellers. After x months of using - it stopped working. Talked to customer support - they have been insisting for me to call - but I live abroad. After a lot of back and forths, they recommended for me to buy the replacement battery pack. But then there was an issue in checking out because it states in their website that shipping to where I live (Hong Kong) is not available. After another round of back and forths with Customer Support, I was able to purchase. However, after a few days - they cancelled my order. They told me to use Paypal instead when checking out. When I was trying to checkout, the international shipping isn’t available again. After a few emails to their CS with no reply, I noticed that the product is no longer available!!!! I’ve been emailing them, telling them abouT this and they just kept telling me to checkout via Paypal??? LIKE HOW, THE PRODUCT IS NOW SOLD OUT!!!! THIS IS A SCAM GUYS. DO. NOT. PURCHASE. !!!!!
