LACAPILLUS IS A SCAM Bought their Capillus Pro (internationally) from one of their international resellers. After x months of using - it stopped working. Talked to customer support - they have been insisting for me to call - but I live abroad. After a lot of back and forths, they recommended for me to buy the replacement battery pack. But then there was an issue in checking out because it states in their website that shipping to where I live (Hong Kong) is not available. After another round of back and forths with Customer Support, I was able to purchase. However, after a few days - they cancelled my order. They told me to use Paypal instead when checking out. When I was trying to checkout, the international shipping isn’t available again. After a few emails to their CS with no reply, I noticed that the product is no longer available!!!! I’ve been emailing them, telling them abouT this and they just kept telling me to checkout via Paypal??? LIKE HOW, THE PRODUCT IS NOW SOLD OUT!!!! THIS IS A SCAM GUYS. DO. NOT. PURCHASE. !!!!!

GBDecent results but overpriced and warranty sucks I just had to pay $80 to have a replacement battery and charger shipped after only 18 months of using this laser cap. For $3,000 I expected better longevity and customer service on it. Heck for that price they should throw in a lifetime warranty on all parts. I've bought cars for less than this cap. So, I'm disappointed to say the least and would consider other much less expensive competitors. Having said all that, I did notice some regrowth of hair around my temples after 3-6 months of daily use and a general thickening. So it gets a mixed review from me.

GBNot a fan of Capillus short warranty or customer service Just got off the phone with a Capillus rep. Guess my timing was bad because she was in no mood to help. Either the battery or charger on my 272 Pro has gone out just after the 3 yr warranty. With an attitude, she refused do an easy over the phone suggestion other than sending the unit in, paying $50 to get diagnosed plus paying any extra over that $50 to get it fixed. It's obviously a battery or charger issue which they've probably seen before & could diagnose without my sending in the unit. This would be the 2nd time I'd have to send in the unit for the same issue. Appears as if they didn't fix it right the first time. FYI new batteries are $79 & only warrantied for a year.

GBIf I could write a 0 star review I…avoid this company. If I could write a 0 star review I would! The customer service is appalling, I paid £3000 for a pro version and and had a battery problem, 3 grand and they give you a dollar store battery pack and charger… I told them my battery pack had literally disintegrated, the wire to the charger had come out of the plug, they told me that because they have updated the model, they no longer support the older models, I said the cap was still working I just need a new battery and charger, but they said they couldn’t help me and that was that! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

HKProduct non functioning after 12 months and Non existing Customer Service I bought capillus in March 2022 in Hong Kong … after 12 months the battery stopped working already… I tried to ask for a call for customer service… but then it’s only in US time zone and they don’t call outside US… therefore we sent an email… and we attached the videos… then they mentioned that was the battery… so they suggest to buy a new one… we bought the battery… around 300 USD… including a huge shipping cost…. Then… they cancelled the order… then we should have received the refund… but not yet… Honestly for a product which costs as much (ca. 2,000 USD) you would expect a decent level of customer service… Instead nothing… so given the costs for sure better to use any other alternative.
