DO NOT BUY - it's a SCAM Used this diligently as directed daily for over a year. Saw ZERO improvement. May have actually made hair loss worse... Not only do you look ridiculous using it- but it doesn't work. The company does not stand by their product. no recourse when it doesn't work. $3000 mistake.. Look elsewhere

*** BE WARNED ***I purchased a NEW capillus 272 Pro I purchased a NEW capillus 272 Pro. After a few years it has stopped working. Contacked customer service and told they dont support it anymore - that I need to buy a new one. HORIBLE customer service. Would not recommend and will never buy another product from them.

Purchased in june 2019 at that time… Purchased in june 2019 at that time return policy was use a full 365 days if not satisfied return for 100% refund including return mailing expenses. Yesterday called to start return, agent said not returned 'within' 1 yr no refund, tried to explain not policy when I purchased. But she dismissed me. I ask to appeal and she said someone would call but of course did not happen

It was a very good experience It was a very good experience. The only thing that was a little bit of an issue, is that no where does it explain that you must first buy the device and then call if you require an extra large size. The first chat was pretty informative. The second chat, when I was ready to click purchase, was a bit confusing about how do I guarantee that the size I'm purchasing will be changed. The timing of the delivery and condition of the packaging was excellent! Let's see how it goes..

I never thought this would work so… I never thought this would work so well. My hair loss stopped and all of the weakened hair seems to be thickening. I am trying to regain the frontal hair and it is looking very optimistic. None of the topical or the pills showed any success so I will definitely continue using it. I will try to keep everyone updated if I see any further success. If you have not seen progress with other treatment, I highly recommend trying it.
