USDO NOT BUY - it's a SCAM Used this diligently as directed daily for over a year. Saw ZERO improvement. May have actually made hair loss worse... Not only do you look ridiculous using it- but it doesn't work. The company does not stand by their product. no recourse when it doesn't work. $3000 mistake.. Look elsewhere

CACapillus hair loss cap Bought this expensive device and then about a month after buying it, felt sharp stinging sensation when I would use it. When I called customer service, the woman was rude and said the caps can't be defective but that I was sensitive to it. And that I could bring it in for evaluation if I wanted, of course at my expense. I threw it away. Waste of good hard earned money. I recommend anyone to go see a dermatologist instead.

US*** BE WARNED ***I purchased a NEW capillus 272 Pro I purchased a NEW capillus 272 Pro. After a few years it has stopped working. Contacked customer service and told they dont support it anymore - that I need to buy a new one. HORIBLE customer service. Would not recommend and will never buy another product from them.

USDecent results but overpriced and warranty sucks I just had to pay $80 to have a replacement battery and charger shipped after only 18 months of using this laser cap. For $3,000 I expected better longevity and customer service on it. Heck for that price they should throw in a lifetime warranty on all parts. I've bought cars for less than this cap. So, I'm disappointed to say the least and would consider other much less expensive competitors. Having said all that, I did notice some regrowth of hair around my temples after 3-6 months of daily use and a general thickening. So it gets a mixed review from me.

USNot a fan of Capillus short warranty or customer service Just got off the phone with a Capillus rep. Guess my timing was bad because she was in no mood to help. Either the battery or charger on my 272 Pro has gone out just after the 3 yr warranty. With an attitude, she refused do an easy over the phone suggestion other than sending the unit in, paying $50 to get diagnosed plus paying any extra over that $50 to get it fixed. It's obviously a battery or charger issue which they've probably seen before & could diagnose without my sending in the unit. This would be the 2nd time I'd have to send in the unit for the same issue. Appears as if they didn't fix it right the first time. FYI new batteries are $79 & only warrantied for a year.
