Damaged my hair. Have been gradually transitioning away from shampoo - first, using sulfate and silicone free products, then washing less often, then moving to co-washing. I thought that if this product lived up to the hype, it might be worth the expense. Three weeks later, I've had to ask for a refund. My hair is unbelievably dry and straw like and started to shed/break off at an alarming rate. Not only could I not wash and leave to air dry, I'm having to buy extra products to repair the damage. This may work for some people, but not for me.

Hairstory Rich has been a game changer… Hairstory Rich has been a game changer for my hair and scalp! Especially during the winter when I get dry skin. It does an amazing job of protecting my color treated hair, and the color lasts sooooo much longer now than it ever did before using regular drugstore shampoo. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to extend the amount of time between washes! I still use detergent-based shampoo once every couple weeks because my scalp is super finicky, but I use new wash every other day. Any my hair has never been so soft!!

Left hair oily and limp after washing Have tried really hard to get this product to do as promised and after 2-mths trial my fine coloured hair is in worse condition than when I was using WO (Water only). Didn't mind the price if got what was promised but hair is greasy and limp immediately after washing. Won't be buying again.

obsessed!!! So happy I made the switch to their shampoo/conditioner combo. Literally the way my hair is completely tangle-free after air drying reminds me of the crazy futuristic hair dryer in The Hunger Games lol. I had no issues transitioning from my previous shampoo. I recently got highlights and after researching color-safe shampoos I came across Hairstory. I can go longer in between washes too which saves shower time and my hair is always soft after each wash. I got their bundle box and honestly would only recommend their shampoo/conditioner formula with the scalp scrubbing thing which feels nice. Dry shampoo powder smells like actual baby powder and their wax product doesn’t do much for me especially when going outdoors (maybe I’m not using it correctly).

Steals from their customers… I have been locked out of my account since signing up. When I try resetting the password to get in it says that email isn't on file. I then wrote the company directly and they have told me my subscription is cancelled and yet I'm still being charged and I now have three full bottles of a product that doesn't work on my hair. If I want to return them I have to pay. At this point they're just straight up stealing from me. Be very weary before ordering and I personally would never have a subscription with them ever again.
