CASoft and Silky I just got back from getting my hair cut. I had two different stylists working on my hair at different points throughout the appointment. Both of them commented on how soft and silky my hair felt (without knowing that the other person said the same thing). I have been using the Rich New Wash for about four months now and love how it gets rid of my frizz and softens my hair.

GBLong-term discerning user, here! I’ve used regular New Wash for about a year. I’ve got longish, medium texture, type 1-2, hennaed hair. Before I started using New Wash, my hair was tangling the minute the comb left it, despite max-moisture conditioners. Now my only problem is laziness ... I need to “new wash” my hair every 3-4 days for it to look its best. The silicone scalp massage brush helps!

GBDamaged my hair. Have been gradually transitioning away from shampoo - first, using sulfate and silicone free products, then washing less often, then moving to co-washing. I thought that if this product lived up to the hype, it might be worth the expense. Three weeks later, I've had to ask for a refund. My hair is unbelievably dry and straw like and started to shed/break off at an alarming rate. Not only could I not wash and leave to air dry, I'm having to buy extra products to repair the damage. This may work for some people, but not for me.

NLPaid but never delivered They were happy to collect money from my credicard without notifying me. A package was send to my address but it was never delivered. The package got send back to the company because I was not aware hair story had send anything. Now they refuse to send it again. Having to pay a product without receiving anything is criminal.

CASteals from their customers… I have been locked out of my account since signing up. When I try resetting the password to get in it says that email isn't on file. I then wrote the company directly and they have told me my subscription is cancelled and yet I'm still being charged and I now have three full bottles of a product that doesn't work on my hair. If I want to return them I have to pay. At this point they're just straight up stealing from me. Be very weary before ordering and I personally would never have a subscription with them ever again.
