obsessed!!! So happy I made the switch to their shampoo/conditioner combo. Literally the way my hair is completely tangle-free after air drying reminds me of the crazy futuristic hair dryer in The Hunger Games lol. I had no issues transitioning from my previous shampoo. I recently got highlights and after researching color-safe shampoos I came across Hairstory. I can go longer in between washes too which saves shower time and my hair is always soft after each wash. I got their bundle box and honestly would only recommend their shampoo/conditioner formula with the scalp scrubbing thing which feels nice. Dry shampoo powder smells like actual baby powder and their wax product doesn’t do much for me especially when going outdoors (maybe I’m not using it correctly).

Fine, except the customer service The product itself has always been fine, although I have had to use a conditioner on top as my hair is still left dry so not really the 2 in 1 it claims, and for the price a little bit of a let down (although maybe I just needed to change to a different type) My big issue has been with customer service. I have emailed their support multiple times now regarding a misplaced delivery and have had no reasonable response from them, or really any response at all. Completely unacceptable considering the cost of this, IMO.

Not worth the expense I used hairstory products prior to the covid fallout. Then they went completely woke and that was against my personal opinions and beliefs, so stopped supporting them. Their products were good but very, very expensive. It helped my hair but there are so many similar, cheaper products out there with exactly the same ingredients, that work just as well on my hair, if not better. Please don't support this woke company ! If businesses can't stand with conviction and truth, they don't deserve our money !

Stay away! Worst customer service experience. So frustrating dealing with Hair Story!!!!! Stay away !!!!! I had the worst customer service experience after trying to make an order as a new customer. It took 4 weeks to get a response. They wouldn’t return my emails or respond. I had to return a product. They blamed me and wouldn’t offer any disbursements for my time, 7 emails I had to send to chase up the $140 worth of products I bought before Christmas. It didn’t arrive yet and it’s the 4th Jan , 5 weeks after originally offering. Poor form !!!

Long-term discerning user, here! I’ve used regular New Wash for about a year. I’ve got longish, medium texture, type 1-2, hennaed hair. Before I started using New Wash, my hair was tangling the minute the comb left it, despite max-moisture conditioners. Now my only problem is laziness ... I need to “new wash” my hair every 3-4 days for it to look its best. The silicone scalp massage brush helps!
