Hugely expensive at $ 147.00 for 20 fl oz plus shipping $ 10.00 extra : ( which is too expensive. Packaging is hopeless in the shower and carefull to note 1 x purchase only !

Abysmal customer service Abysmal customer service. Order was supposed to take 2-5 days, I’m now being told it will take a month. Stopped replying when I asked to cancel my order. Just use a different product. This one is not special.

obsessed!!! So happy I made the switch to their shampoo/conditioner combo. Literally the way my hair is completely tangle-free after air drying reminds me of the crazy futuristic hair dryer in The Hunger Games lol. I had no issues transitioning from my previous shampoo. I recently got highlights and after researching color-safe shampoos I came across Hairstory. I can go longer in between washes too which saves shower time and my hair is always soft after each wash. I got their bundle box and honestly would only recommend their shampoo/conditioner formula with the scalp scrubbing thing which feels nice. Dry shampoo powder smells like actual baby powder and their wax product doesn’t do much for me especially when going outdoors (maybe I’m not using it correctly).

Hairstory Rich has been a game changer… Hairstory Rich has been a game changer for my hair and scalp! Especially during the winter when I get dry skin. It does an amazing job of protecting my color treated hair, and the color lasts sooooo much longer now than it ever did before using regular drugstore shampoo. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to extend the amount of time between washes! I still use detergent-based shampoo once every couple weeks because my scalp is super finicky, but I use new wash every other day. Any my hair has never been so soft!!

Good product, Awful customer service Really like the product - let me throw out other styling products (I bought the New Wash and the Dress Up product for heat protection/styling). It is extremely expensive and I have found the customer service HORRIFIC. I had a shipping issue and at some point they stopped responding. If they got their customer service sorted I might purchase from them again.
